I am very disappointed with a software change Caribou has made to its cash register system. The staff can no longer tell me how many rewards points I have when I place and order. Staff told me the software only tells them if I qualify for a size upgrade or a free drink. Very disappointing. Also, I have switched to ordering my Matcha Lattes at Starbucks. US Bank location is super busy but friendly. Good, fresh, dark roast coffee and bakery goods. Tho the lids ARE put on right, sometimes they don't prevent spills over the rim as I walk back to the office. But that's an issue at the cup producer. 5 stars for the store and staff.

If you need caffeine, you will certainly find it here! My husband got the cold brew, and he really liked it! But it definitely has a high concentration of caffeine, so be warned. I had the new apple caramel shaken espresso, and it was really tasty and smooth. Highly recommend.
