Hannah did an absolutely wonderful job today (Feb. 13th, 2024) taking my order and preparing my beverage. She was extremely, kind, helpful and professional. Your team absolutely needs more employees like her!That being said, the store was clearly understaffed. I got the feeling Hannah was a little flustered (by no fault of her own).Usually, there are at least two employees working the shop. However, today there was only one. It's rather unfair to dump all the tasks on one individual AND have them provide such exemplary customer service. Please strongly consider hiring more staff to help employees like Hannah!

A convenient location attached to the Uptown Lunds & Byerly's! They offer a free parking lot and it's nice to stop here after grocery shopping. This spot can get congested and backed up quickly due to its location and attachment to Lunds, so note that during your trip. Service during my most recent stop was efficient, despite just one person working and a line forming. There is some seating inside, but with how transient folks are - usually taking coffee to go - I wouldn't recommend this as a super cozy spot to work remote or hang out. I got a chai here, and was a bit disappointed - but shouldn't have expected more of Caribou. Their chai is pretty sickly sweet, even for picking the "spiced" option. I would have loved it a bit hotter, too. However, the convenience factor means I'll likely return here when in the area - maybe just for a different drink.

Everyone is super nice here but I feel like the drinks are waaaay too sweet.. not the employees fault of course but that’s why I go across the street to Duet Coffee!! Also, gotta support local when I can BUT if you love excessively sweet drinks and super nice staff go to this Caribou!
