I stored in right before closing. It seemed as if only one barista was working. I received great service and helpful answers to my questions. My coffee was made quickly and served hot. 10 stars.
This is a great Caribou store in a convenient location in Northeast/St Anthony. The staff have a great attitude and our orders are always accurate.

People were extremely friendly even when swamped with a sudden rush of people and a very disgruntled customer swearing at them (I don't know exactly what happened, and didn't realize until the customer was almost out the door anyway, just realized it was odd that she was talking to a few employees during a rush after the storm off). They heard her out and kept trying to de-escalate whatever the issue was. No one deserves to be sworn at and belittled in their place of work. The "one star review" threat from the disgruntled customer seemed like a good reason to clarify that people/employees were lovely!
