I was recently widowed and it is my birthday. The day would normally be filled with celebration. I forced myself to visit, and I am glad I did. Thank you for the wonderful cooler, it lifted my spirits. My shih tzu Alvin enjoyed the whipping cream.

While being a smaller location, this Caribou really has some of the best staff I've encountered. They're so friendly and obviously have a lot of regulars that come in. The staff really seems to care about the people they get to know, and treat non-regulars with kindness and respect.
While the food and atmosphere are typical for a chain coffee shop, the staff really do go above and beyond and make it much more with it to go in.

The employees are wonderful. Food is good. Service is good. The problem I had. It was so cold in there that even the employees were wearing jackets and hand warmers. Coffee shop should be warm and cozy. Even all the customer they were sitting down were wearing jackets and hats while drinking hot coffee

Very friendly to Caucasian people, but not very friendly to African-Americans be aware, the Tall lady in there she is not into African-Americans and treat them very rude and disrespectful
