I was recently widowed and it is my birthday. The day would normally be filled with celebration. I forced myself to visit, and I am glad I did. Thank you for the wonderful cooler, it lifted my spirits. My shih tzu Alvin enjoyed the whipping cream.
While being a smaller location, this Caribou really has some of the best staff I've encountered. They're so friendly and obviously have a lot of regulars that come in. The staff really seems to care about the people they get to know, and treat non-regulars with kindness and respect.
While the food and atmosphere are typical for a chain coffee shop, the staff really do go above and beyond and make it much more with it to go in.

I particularly appreciated the low level background music. Sometimes coffee shops are playing loud music which interferes with patron conversations.
And if course the coffee was great and Caribou free coffee refills are a nice bonus.
