This location is obviously new but that's not excuse for incompetent employees. I was there two times and I was disappointed both times. Please don't choose drinks for people, let them choose it for themselves, we are not your kids. Don't rush people into choosing, let them study the menu first and pick a drink, that's what menus are for. Let people try something new, if you don't know how to make something new, tell them before they order.I had to throw away the iced coffee because I didn't ask for 90% ice and 10% water-down coffee, with no shot of anything, no milk, no whipped cream, nothing. I asked for a caramel cooler, and everything that comes with it.Listen to people when they're ordering instead of chatting to your co-workers, you can chat after completing order. And please be culturally sensitive

I ordered a cold press with a flavor shot of caramel and it had the oddest, most watery flavor... I work for Caribou and know the drink shouldn’t have tasted this way. I was also denied my employee discount.
Cup had sticky residue (leftover coffee?) all over, which stuck to my hand. Also, my pumpkin pie latte was not mixed whatsoever, leading to a large lump of sugary mass at the bottom of my drink. Not satisfying.
