Either hard of hearing, or intentionally rude and racist. Managed to charge me for something other than requested and still gave me the wrong thing: Huge lack of acknowledgment of my presence whilst spending money and time there. Leave it for the white folks if you’re black.
The drinks are overpriced and then they have the audacity to try and upcharge after the fact.

Staff is always friendly, responsive, and quick to make consistent, delicious drinks. Less than 5 stars on food and atmosphere are due to it being located inside of a Byerly's store with very limited bakery/food options and no seating. Despite the location and lack of some aspects of a stand alone location, I still feel like I am at a neighborhood store when interacting with staff!
