I come to the Caribou in Lund’s off Hennepin solely for Ashley. She’s so kind and such an amazing barista. She takes the time to chat while also being efficient. I love that we’ve build a rapport over the past few years. My drinks always taste amazing. Thanks!!!

The consistency is what brings me back. Every now and then I may get my coffee prepared incorrect, but 9 out of 10 times its correct.
They are super cramped stores but the service was good and I liked the coffee.

Either hard of hearing, or intentionally rude and racist. Managed to charge me for something other than requested and still gave me the wrong thing: Huge lack of acknowledgment of my presence whilst spending money and time there. Leave it for the white folks if you’re black.
