I come to the Caribou in Lund’s off Hennepin solely for Ashley. She’s so kind and such an amazing barista. She takes the time to chat while also being efficient. I love that we’ve build a rapport over the past few years. My drinks always taste amazing. Thanks!!!
Staff is always friendly, responsive, and quick to make consistent, delicious drinks. Less than 5 stars on food and atmosphere are due to it being located inside of a Byerly's store with very limited bakery/food options and no seating. Despite the location and lack of some aspects of a stand alone location, I still feel like I am at a neighborhood store when interacting with staff!
Ashley always knows just how to make my turtle cooler the best. I would recommend this caribou out of all in Minneapolis . Her customer service and her co workers will not disappoint!
