The cashier at the window is extremely rude and dismissive. They rang up my order wrong and the coffee that was given to me was lukewarm instead of iced. Definitely don't recommend coming here.

Came here the day after Christmas (which, admittedly, is understandable that they probably have some things to catch up on) but was disappointed to discover that they couldn’t offer sparkling water for some reason so they couldn’t make any drinks carbonated and was also given the wrong bag so I didn’t get the correct food item and had to return to the store to pick up what I ordered. I’m sure the staff are dealing with back logs from the holiday yesterday, but the staff person I spoke to wasn’t really apologetic or accommodating about the mix-up despite having to return to the store and and it’s unfortunate to have that experience when I just wanted my drink and flatbread. Hopefully the store can fix these issues in the future.

I ordered at drive-through. My coffee was so overfilled that it literally started to spill on my hand as the barista handed it to me through the window. It then proceeded to spill all over my lap and car console. Please DO NOT overfill coffee for drive-through customers, or at least use those stopper sticks that prevent such spills (plastic, I know, but better than scalding your customers).

I started this very expensive habit back in 1999 when I transferred to a older part of the city, in a old brownstone building neighborhood.Stopped in my local Coffee shop.Hook line and sinker.Purchased quit a bit of there merch back then,but it was the mochas that got me.As for today, For the price of a large mocha,I would be spending over $300 bucks a month now. Yes that is over $2,500 a year. What am I to do. Is it really necessary to charge over $7 dollars for a large mocha?? :-(

I had a bad experience, I tried to order on the place they have set for taking the order. They told me to advance and make my order in the window. When I get there they told me why I didn’t do my order in the designed place??? With a bad attitude by the way, after this they dare to turn the screen to see if I wanted to leave a tip🤣 hilarious. I am not going back there.

The staff are friendly and fast, despite the massive waves of customers. The drinks are very consistent and there is a lot of variety. This is my go-to before work. I hate the area though. The parking lot is ridiculous. That is not their fault, but it is worth mentioning before you visit during busy times. Sometimes there is literally no parking and you thus need to park along Nicolet and run across. I am also not a huge fan of their hours of ops. I like to plant myself at a coffee shop and do some evening work, but I usually have to pick somewhere else for this. It's a shame, because Caribou has awesome cold brews.
