This place might be the worst place to get coffee and food in minneapolis and the entirety of minnesota. We order two grilled cheeses and waited 15 minutes before we had to ask them, and they had forgotten. All the while I was listening to them gossip and goof off. When I went to go ask I was not acknowledged after being looked at by employees multiple times. Absolute disgrace to Minneapolis!

I like that this location is open later than other ones & it has a drive thru but their service has gotten progressively worse in the past couple months. Tonight I simply ordered a large crafted press & 2 large waters, but we only got a medium crafted press & 2 small water glasses. It’s fine if they only had smaller cups but they didn’t in form me if that was the case so just really disappointed that I paid for a large but got a medium.

I placed a remote order for a coffee and donut. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they were out of donuts and to pick something else instead. I chose a coffee cake, and when I politely asked “Messiah” ? if it could be warmed up, the staff member’s reaction made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.
The app showed the donut as available, so it was frustrating to learn it wasn’t. On top of that, the service came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Another staff member “African American woman” even made unnecessary, condescending remarks as I was leaving.
The food and drinks themselves are fine, but the service has been consistently below expectations, and today’s experience was disappointing.

We are from out of town and bought 6 pounds of coffee that we needed to have paper ground, and they were very gracious, and did that. Well, we were sipping on coffee and a pastry.
I came in to do some work on my laptop and wanted to try the passionfruit yuzu energy drink but I wasn't feeling like caffeine. They mixed up a drink for me with lemonade/sparkling water and the yuzu flavor so I could have the taste I wanted without the caffeine. The bagel I got came out perfectly warmed and was exactly what I wanted.
