Wasted time, wasted money.

Staff is friendly and location gets orders out quick. Continue to be disappointed that they don't have a decaf drip coffee. Only option is an almost $6 Americano for decaf. As a coffee shop, they should really have this option or offer a discounted decaf Americano to account for this. Even a diner with food as their main focus serve a decaf option

I ordered a large iced pumpkin chai tea.. what did I get? A large pumpkin latte, by the time I tried my drink it wasn't worth walking all the way back. The woman at the cash register was struggling to ring in people's orders and had to ask every person 3 times what the person wanted...

The workers there are so sweet. While I generally dont drink a lot of caribou, the workers were so sweet. I recommend their strawberry drink. I am not a fan of the spiced chai or the chai in general here, but the fruit drinks are very good. Again, the staff is very kind, there usually isn't a super long line, and there is a large seating area. Overall, I recommend you stop by.

Sooo incredibly expensive. $7.50 for a small pumpkin latte? This probably cost $1 to make…

Ordered a raspberry green tea with bubbles and they gave me water with raspberry syrup when asked they didn't do anything about it. Said the weird color was because of the raspberry syrup. I order this all the time. This was so gross. Waste of money. Rude bunch.

I started working at the Moos Tower in late-May and was so excited about having a Caribou available just downstairs! After a third unpleasant visit, I’ll just walk down the street. This location is ridiculous. My first visit, the drink I got didn’t taste good and the service was cold. My second visit was a bit worse. I asked for soy milk, and response was “We don’t have SOY!” accompanied by an eye roll. “Ok, oat milk, I guess.” My drink tasted like strawberries that had gone bad, like strawberry ketones. Even more strange because I had ordered a Chai latte. Today I went to get a regular latte, but was told “We’re closed. We close at 2:30.” This was at 2:29. The Google Maps listing says they are open until 5:00pm. I worked in coffee for 14 years as a barista and then a manager. This is unacceptable.

Used to get coffee and tea for my partner and I during dental visits. They put regular milk instead of almond milk several times which kinda sucks when you are lactose intolerant. Sometimes I would ask for a latte with almond milk and need to correct them several times just for them to get it wrong anyway. I understand making mistakes is human but it should be obvious to pay more attention to food allergies.

Visiting dental clinic with my elderly mother. Stopped at Caribou in building. Rarely have rcvd such rude service. Person at register said little, but woman (maybe supervising) was very rude. Set sandwich, chips, soda, etc. Supv said “scan the bar codes” to me. I was looking for where to do that while being stared down…felt hostile. I said”Do you happen to have any salt?” Response was “No!” Again super rude tone. I ask the person at register if this was a self service or just a sanitary way of customers ckg themselves out? She said “No, not sure why.”. She was fine, but the “supervisor” person was just glaring the entire time. No thank you, nothing. It was so unpleasant, I am writing a review, which I rarely do.

Greek Style Veggie Wrap is an absolute NO for me...and the large chunks of lettuce almost killed me in the dining room. Caribou needs to upgrade their food menu all together.
