Visiting dental clinic with my elderly mother. Stopped at Caribou in building. Rarely have rcvd such rude service. Person at register said little, but woman (maybe supervising) was very rude. Set sandwich, chips, soda, etc. Supv said “scan the bar codes” to me. I was looking for where to do that while being stared down…felt hostile. I said”Do you happen to have any salt?” Response was “No!” Again super rude tone. I ask the person at register if this was a self service or just a sanitary way of customers ckg themselves out? She said “No, not sure why.”. She was fine, but the “supervisor” person was just glaring the entire time. No thank you, nothing. It was so unpleasant, I am writing a review, which I rarely do.

Greek Style Veggie Wrap is an absolute NO for me...and the large chunks of lettuce almost killed me in the dining room. Caribou needs to upgrade their food menu all together.

I was looking forward to stopping at Caribou all day as a treat. I ordered a blended beverage, as my other options were out, and was given chocolate milk with the tiniest amount of whip sitting on top. Truly upsetting.

good coffee spot, a little expensive though.

First time was good. Next time, couldn’t even get me the right order. I asked for the Caramel High Rise. WHERE WAS THE CARAMEL. I asked for the Chicken Burrito and got something totally different. Poor customer service. My morning is bad now, thanks Caribou Coffee on campus.

Great spot to stop to work remotely. Ample, spaced seating, tables, and outlets as well as reliable wireless connections.

Small coffee shop within the medical school building. Plenty of sitting space (assuming the students haven't taken all of them up)

Medium size crafted press I ordered today.NEVER come back again.Anyone have the same situation? I mean no ice doesn't mean half right?
Employees were nice and the chai tea is good.
8 bucks for a small coffee and a ham and cheese burrito that wasn't even warm. They must have lousy QA if warm food is a problem.
Favorite study spot at the U of M. A perfect coffee atmosphere and awesome drinks.
Good spot and quality, just an inconvenience that they don't accept perks.
