The barbacoa tacos are a personal favorite, but every dish here is excellent.Parking: Parking is difficult. Much easier to park a block or two away and walk in.

Visited Centro this weekend and had a delightful experience! I indulged in their special limited-time crunch wrap, complete with chips and avocado, which were absolutely delicious and filling. My husband and friend tried the tacos, tasty but quite small – not quite enough if you're very hungry. Known for its lively atmosphere and Mexican-inspired cuisine, Centro is a great spot whether you're popping in for a quick bite or settling in for a meal with friends. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flavorful, modern twists on classic dishes!

Other than a touch of frustration getting setup for online ordering, Centro is great! Food served quickly, and is super scrumptious! Love this spot when in NE Minneapolis!

I understand that workers need fair wages, but then you need to raise the prices of your items to allow for that. You are charged a 10% service fee and expected to leave a 15-25% tip. But where is the service and tip I'm paying for? No one greets you when you walk in, you order the food yourself online, and food runners bring your food to you but they barely speak to you. And on the way out the staff just looks at you but doesn't say "have a great day" or anything. No one brings you water, there is just an unlabeled station we ended up having to search out. I know I sound like a total boomer for this, but it just doesn't make sense to me. The chips and salsa were good, but the main courses and drinks were not anything special and not worth coming back for considering the extra fees and minimal service.

Centro was great! It was our first time there. You sit down and scan the QR code and order from your phone. I thought this was a very good idea! Food was spectacular as well. I'm not from the area. But, if we are ever back we will for sure stop by.

All around pretty good food and drinks. Their pricing is a little deceptive since there is a 10% service fee plus a default 20% tip. I would prefer if they just raised their prices 10% on the menu since the service fee is mandatory.

In a word. DELICIOUS.Friendly, casual, fun. Top notch flavors paired with impeccable service. The staff clearly love working there. It gets busy, but it's totally worth the wait. Chat with the other locals who are also waiting to delight in the crave-able menu that's a weekly must have! Chef's kiss....muahhh!!

The food just isn’t as good as it used to be. I’m not totally sure what happened but the fish taco isn’t as flakey and the chorizo is cut with potatoes

The food was good, the margaritas were average at best and the service was nonexestant. Not sure who or what my tip was for and there is a 10% "health and wellness fee" added on to the entire bill. Just add the cost to your prices and be up front about it, don't hide it in the small print.

Absolutely scrumptious fare delivered in a bright, modern, streamlined food hall setting. The diversity in food options and seating areas makes for a bounty of sweet spots. I highly recommend the caramelized brussel sprouts, which I think are the best in town, cooked with cheese, spices, and peanuts. The nachos are also top notch. You can’t go wrong with anything here though; from the tacos to the wings, the couple times I’ve been have shown that the food is all thoughtfully prepared.

The tacos were tasty but not the best I’ve had. The salsa was an extra $2.00 and not included with the tacos. The atmosphere is definitely food hall casual, which is fine. What I have an issue with is that tipping is requested at the time of purchase (on your phone), before any service has been provided. There was no one person serving our table, just runners and busing. I had to hunt down water myself which took me away from my friends. Also, there is a %10 added health and wellness charge on the entire bill. Food decent, experience - not so much. I wouldn’t go back.

Too expensive. The ordering system is glitchy. We were dining in and half of our orders were in a shelf waiting for a supposed takeout order. We had to walk to the hostess stand to pick out the food we ordered from our table. We had tipped 20% on top of the 10% service tax on this food. This is too much to pay for food that is not delivered to our table. The workers were nice and the food good, but the extra expense and the glitchy ordering system ruin the experience. Sadly I won’t be going back
