A super cute boba place with fun flavors and even cool cups! There’s just something about those curved edges that make the drinks fun. The Ube Latte Crème Brûlée boba is my favorite so far. My daughter of course enjoys the Miffy mascot. We will turn this into one of our main treat go to places for sure!

almost every single time there is an issue with the drinks, even when you tip the employees.
i usually order a milk tea, and multiple times ive received it and it tasted floral/fruity, as if there was residue from the previous customers drink in the container used to mix the drinks. its gross. they do not clean the containers/shakers well enough between uses.
one of the last times i went, a few weeks ago, i had a drink that tasted off, so i politely asked staff to remake it. they remade it and the new remade drink tasted like STRAIGHT UP ALCOHOL/CLEANER, or SOMETHING. i dont know what was put into that drink but i threw the entire $9 drink away. that is absolutely unacceptable.
i emailed niko niko support about this issue the day it happened and never received a response or anything. terrible customer service.
they have also upped their prices a lot, while we receive poor quality drinks/service. this was my go to spot but i dont think i’ll ever return.

I ordered 5 milk teas on the uber eat app today. 4 cups of Ube Latte Creme Brulee with strawberry popping bubble., and one signature milk tea with brown sugar bubble. What I didn't expect was that the 4 cups of Ube Latte Creme Brulee with strawberry popping bubble I ordered had brown sugar bubble in them. Why did I make such a low mistake? I even checked the app to see if I had ordered the wrong one. It wasn't my mistake. Didn't you guys read the order carefully? If you accidentally made a mistake in one cup, I would understand, but all 4 cups were wrong.

I really love myself a good Boba spot and I came across this little place while walking downtown.
The staff was friendly and the Matcha with Strawberry foam with poppers was unique, tastefully delicious.
I dont live in Minneapolis but this would be a regular spot if I did 😁
Best Niko location I’ve been to by far. Our drinks this time were mind blowing. Staff truly make the difference. Gisela made my family’s day!
No frills, just straight up boba place. If you looked up boba place in the dictionary, this'd be there.
Americano was not filtered (espresso chips in it), wifi was not working, prices were exprensive
