This place was incredible. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, which is always a big plus. We were immediately greeted and the person taking our order was helpful and had great recommendations. The food was so incredibly flavorful and better than I could have expected. We brought home some popcorn (after trying a few recommended samples). We will for sure be back and will recommend it to friends and family!

Food is great, service and atmosphere, not so much.Staff at the register didn't know how to use it, was slow and missed every request and change 3 customers before and after me, made.My food sat behind the counter, done for 5+ minutes. I finally just went up and asked if the food that looked like mine was mine.Chicago dog is supposed to be fast and straightforward.

Me and my husband First time here and I want to say Hands down this place has Amazing Food just like from back Home Chicago..We ordered the Sweet Steak and Italian Hoagie Sandwich with the fries and mild sauce on it.. Everything was Really Good..We also tried the popcorn as well and had to get some of that too. Its not everyday that you can get great food that tastes just like home up here, So we will be returning back for Sure..oh and thanks for the great customer service.

My partner and I went in for some Chicago dogs (which were amazing) and while we waited, we were given samples of their popcorn. We HAD to get some to bring home immediately because they were so good! I am so glad we did because each piece is perfect! Gonna be back for more of their flavors!!

I loved the Fries with the mild sauce on them. So good! The sandwich was delicious and very well proportioned. Popcorn was also very good. Coming back for more food and the cookies sometime soon.
Atmosphere was inviting and open, staff was very gracious and even gave us a sampling of some popcorn—definitely in their early stages, but I see a fantastic corner shop of great Chicago treats in the future.I had to compare their Chicago Dog to the ones I've had in the past, and the only difference I found was that the Vienna seemed to be thicker, and so in my opinion, better. It all held together until the last bite. Very good.I saw other reviews about the fry sauce being on the fries already and that being a disappointment to others. They must have changed that system, 'cause my sauce came in a separate ramekin, which I also found to be a solid, homemade, 50/50 sweet but not too sweet, bbq and ketchup goodness.Even if I didn't live a block away, I will definitely go back to try more of the menu.

First and foremost the energy, the atmosphere, the hospitality and the service itself was very welcoming. From that alone I had a strong feeling that the food would match. I ordered a sweet steak hoagy with fries and man I do not regret my purchase at all! Adding the hot giardiniera peppers as a suggestion was also a plus! Highly recommend restaurant. -Kay

I place our order online and drove 20 minutes to get there. The order was being packed as i walked in the door. The sandwiches were very. Close to our favorite Chicago spot, so we will be back. Service was good. Only issue was not being able to give special requests on the online order. We wanted out peppers in the side. If you don't want to wait, order online. No waiting.

I like the way the establishment looked. They did a great job renovating the old space. The Vienna sausage was just ok. I didn't like the fries (cold) and it drench in a mild sauce which was ok. If I ever come back, I want to try their sweets. Not bad but not the best.
