This place was incredible. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, which is always a big plus. We were immediately greeted and the person taking our order was helpful and had great recommendations. The food was so incredibly flavorful and better than I could have expected. We brought home some popcorn (after trying a few recommended samples). We will for sure be back and will recommend it to friends and family!
Food is great, service and atmosphere, not so much.Staff at the register didn't know how to use it, was slow and missed every request and change 3 customers before and after me, made.My food sat behind the counter, done for 5+ minutes. I finally just went up and asked if the food that looked like mine was mine.Chicago dog is supposed to be fast and straightforward.
mann if you from chicago then you know this hit home forsure !! the mild sauce is PERFECT , the Italian beef is delicious , the polish taste just like maxwells and then i love the customer service !! you can’t beat the free samples of delicious pop corn !! you guys got ur self a new customer FORSURE!!
