Chick-fil-A Stadium Village

I’ve recently started going to this location w my family and we love coming here especially when it’s nice out you can sit outside, eat & enjoy the weather. Although it can get overly packed and waiting in line for awhile it’s worth it & the service is great! I always have a good experience coming here.

15 minutes on an order called in ahead of time ridiculous

It was super busy and my food came out at a reasonable time, although I had a mobile order they never told me it was ready. Just like every Chick-fil-A everything is seasoned like none of us have taste buds and the chicken nuggets were soggy. I do love the fact that I was able to order a 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened iced tea.

The people are nice and I know it’s very busy but this location is soooo slow at mobile orders it’s embarrassing. There’s usually only one person filling mobiles meanwhile there are like 3 ppl at the registers doing absolutely nothing. They really need to figure this out and just train ppl in multiple positions. They also need to consider letting people come in and just grab their food instead of waiting for the one person to grab it off the shelf while they are also doing mobile orders. A lot of students are in a rush and it’s sooo inconvenient.

Everything about this place is good outside of the traffic.
My major issue is every time I get a grilled egg bowl it’s only like 3 strips of chicken vs when I go to another chicfila it’s more
This has been a issue every time I come here and makes me want to stop coming here at all because of it this is not fair to be and other customers

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I found a piece of steel wool in the beverage I ordered on 12/24/2024. This raised serious food safety concerns. I hope the management investigates this issue and ensures better quality control in the future.

We stopped in here after tour of the campus and got a Southwest salad, grilled chicken nuggets, fries, and a spicy chicken sandwich. The salad was absolutely fantastic and my companions enjoyed their sandwich and nuggets too, if you like Chick-fil-A this is a good representation of what you're probably used to already if you've never been to Chick-fil-A It's good quality food, Great service and a very nice atmosphere but no one's winning Michelin stars.

What seems a floor supervisor was the kindest lady with the sweetest smile and just made our visit so pleasant. 10/16/24, 5:07pm. She just made our hearts glad. THANK YOU! God continue to richly bless you!

Dietary restrictions: The kale & fruit salad are ideal for sodium restrictions.

Parking: Lots of parking around inside commercial center.
