We love the food at Chimborazo. Ordered take out and was disappointed with the portion of our favorite meal Emconcado with shrimp I don’t mind paying the price but disappointed in the portion size today.

This is one of the best “first time” spots I’ve been to in recent memory. The place was clean and comfortable, our server was friendly and very efficient and the food was phenomenal.
We really liked the lomo saltado, the beef was tender and it had great flavor, but we loved the empanadas and the yucca fries. The beef empanadas were the best I’ve had in the city and I don’t say that lightly. They’re the closest I’ve had resembling the home cooked version I’ve been spoiled with in the past. We’ll definitely be back soon!
I absolutely love this place through and through. My only complaint is that the rice and beans portions are sooooo small. Like come on it’s rice and beans hook it up :)
