We love the food at Chimborazo. Ordered take out and was disappointed with the portion of our favorite meal Emconcado with shrimp I don’t mind paying the price but disappointed in the portion size today.
This is one of the best “first time” spots I’ve been to in recent memory. The place was clean and comfortable, our server was friendly and very efficient and the food was phenomenal.

Was here for vacation in MN a few months ago and I’ve never had Ecuadorian food in my life. Must say the food was out of this world delicious. Really thankful for our friend “J from the block” for showing us this place. Definitely going back whenever we’re in town again! 10/10
