Chipotle Mexican Grill

Crazy inconsistent on nearly everything… except giving the tiniest amount of rice in every bowl/burrito. They give very little, if any, salsa when you order it in a bowl or burrito. They wrap side tortillas in a way that makes them rip half the time when you open it. There are multiple locations nearby, I would highly recommend going to one of the others if you are doing any form of online ordering. Adding one star because this location, from my experience, gives proper meat portions and absolutely gives you double meat if you pay for it.

2:00 in the afternoon no one in restaurant but people working take 15 minutes for an online order

Terrible management I have an online order called in ahead of time and management can't even get the order started before the customer comes to pick the order up make them wait 15 minutes

Love spending the extra $$ for half a scoop of guacamole. Their rice is somehow always hard .

Portion size at this location is small small. You gotta pay for double meat to get a regular sized.

Best Chipotle downtown, but it can be busy during the weekday lunch hour rush.

On Monday 5.12 this location restored my faith in ordering online from chipotle. The bowl was executed flawlessly. Ratios perfect. Vinaigrette included. Staff delightful. TOP NOTCH experience.

I’ve visited this store several times, and unfortunately, the portion sizes have consistently been disappointing. On my most recent visit, I politely asked for a bit more rice, but the staff member refused and served me barely half of what I’d consider a normal portion. It was a frustrating experience, especially considering the price. Definitely not what I expect from good customer service.

The food is generally good, but I order ahead because I have limited lunch time, and there is always a line for pick up because they do it wrong. People show up early, and then they make the person's order early instead of telling them to come back when they are supposed to. That means the rest of us have to wait for that order to be prepared before we get our food that is already sitting ready.

Great place, amazing burrito

Not really a big deal just found it odd. I requested brown rice and was told it was only for those who ordered online. Not sure if they were running low or something. If someone knows why?? They had some teens working there which is good experience for them. Food was still great, and enjoyed my food.

Food and atmosphere was good, but one of the staff was pretty racist. Me and my friend ordered the same thing but he got chips and i do not. And yet my friend's price are cheaper than mine.
