This store is so unprofessional and I seen mice running around the floor please stay away from this location

The food is generally good, but I order ahead because I have limited lunch time, and there is always a line for pick up because they do it wrong. People show up early, and then they make the person's order early instead of telling them to come back when they are supposed to. That means the rest of us have to wait for that order to be prepared before we get our food that is already sitting ready.

Great place, amazing burrito

Not really a big deal just found it odd. I requested brown rice and was told it was only for those who ordered online. Not sure if they were running low or something. If someone knows why?? They had some teens working there which is good experience for them. Food was still great, and enjoyed my food.

Food and atmosphere was good, but one of the staff was pretty racist. Me and my friend ordered the same thing but he got chips and i do not. And yet my friend's price are cheaper than mine.

I see the staff place the vegetables on the grill and leave them, never stir. All the charred vegetables end up in the bowl, makes the food taste bad. They need to be attentive when they cook food.

Ordered a kids meal to take to my child and got them it and realized they never gave packed up chips that come with the meal. Also they give everyone a water cup and it looks like no one has cleaned the sitting area. Just terrible if you can avoid this location do it at all cost. Not worth it??‍♀️

Tragically understaffed, the owner should have their business taken away

I ordered a carnitas bowl, the guy just dumped alll of the carnitas meat juice into my bowl and hardly any meat. It’s leaking through the bowl and the bag. I’m sad.

Gave half the proportions of other Chipotles. Also had diarrhea within 12 minutes of eating.

The staff were really nice, they had all the products unlike most chipotle restaurants, but the rice wasnt cooked fully and the chips were kinda burnt and they had no seasoning in them.
