it's a little hard to find it, but it's right by where the skywalk connects two buildings together. if you enter from the street, take the escalator up and walk around until you run into it on the 2nd

Don’t expect them to ever open on time. Of the last 3 times I’ve arrived after their scheduled open the doors are locked and it takes them 30 minutes to unlock

Management seems out of touch on how to run a successful operations store is just dirty everywhere you look, saw fruit flys I swears portions are small. Hard workers I would blame lead manager for failing to set example or

It's too loud in the restaurant itself but the food is excellent. Order on the app, grab and go. Works very well.

Great as always. It is always busy though, next time will order through the app.

It's fine. Not the best Chipotle, not the worst. I usually go to the 50 S. 6th location but if I'm in a rush and have to settle, this location is mostly adequate.

This location loses customers by never opening on time. I always see people waiting and leaving before this location finally opens its doors at around 11am instead of the advertised 10:30am. Before 11am, employees can be seen preparing and only serving online orders by peeking open the door every now and then. I went by the other day to grab chips and queso (not a big ask) but was told that I would have to make an online order. I simply left, since its very tedious and prices are higher on the app.

Just curious why online orders are half the size they are if you were to order in-store??? just to be sure I ordered online and had my husband order his meal in store and the comparison is crazy! Unable to upload pics but will keep trying

They hoard mobile orders in the back and bring 10 or more out after eating for 20

The service is never the same. It will depend on who is working that day. The food is never consistent at all. One day it could be good tha next the rice could be not cooked.

This location is slightly cheaper than US bank building but will still just give you your order with missing ingredients if they run out - when you order online they don’t communicate this. So you pay for a full burrito and only get half…

Whatever Joshua the manager is doing over there it is working! Unlike the other chipotle's I go to this one always has fajita vegetables and fresh meats. Also the team he has over there is friendly and hard working. Great work!
