First thing I noticed after walking into the building was the line cook behind the counter shamelessly eating meats right off of the cutting board as he was chopping them. Then taking those same meats he was eating from and putting them in tin pans to be served. Right in front of a line of customers. Mid 40's looking white guy with green tattoos all down his right arm. Just chomping away like it was Sunday brunch. He was the only person working there that didn't look like he was in high-school, so he might have even been a manager as well. Really makes you wonder what other basic yet incredibly important food safety regulations are being completely ignored at that particular establishment. The lobby was as dirty as a stray dog and the workers are just all around generally unpleasant. It's so off putting to be treated like a nuisance while paying for a nasty meal. It wasn't even busy, either lol

As a single mom with a son who has autism I don't have much of a social life. I take myself out on dates and I come here often. Every time I come with my babies the service here is beyond helpful and friendly. People of color are not treated fairly here and not many places stroller and kid friendly . So it's a treasure to go somewhere and your color does not take away from the service. Not many things to like about Minnesota but if you're downtown and just want a quick peaceful lunch. Yep this the place to go for sure✅Kid-friendliness: They definitely don't mind your babies. My son has autism and I have a very happy 2 yr old. They are always welcomed here.

Ordered a burrito bowl, they didn’t put one single bean in although I ordered pinto beans, didn’t get my entire order of chips and queso either. Super disappointed!
I applied for a job there and Devin, the manager texted me asking if I wanted to come in for an interview after the holiday. I said yes and confirmed I was available for the time he suggested. He never texted back to confirm our meeting. I tried several times to reach him and my texts were all ignored. Due to the lack of professionalism and just basic communication skills, I decided not to bother showing up for the interview, especially given the fact it was never actually confirmed on their end. If these guys are desperate for help like they seem, they might want to work on their recruiting efforts.

Worst Chipotle I have ever experienced. The food was terrible and way over cooked. The restaurant was filthy, no ice in the machine, and the service was poor. You all need take corrective action to make Chipotle great again.
