My other half went and got us dinner on 3/1/25. Two burrito bowls with chicken. THE RICE WAS HARD AND UNDERCOOKED RICE. Very stingy with chicken & the free “FREE”. You guys I keep giving chance after chance. We won’t return. Get better and respect your customers more!

This location is just sad… messy, disorganized, apathetic. Staff is resentful and rude.
They piled on the food for the person in front of me (who was clearly the staff’s friend) - they also gave her a bunch of extra items for free.
When it came to my order they made me wait for the next three people to get their food without allowing me to pay. I politely asked another worker “Could I pay for this?” - she turned around and gave me a snide look without responding at all.
I had to leave without giving this place my business.
If you die and wake up here, it’s going to be a painful eternity.

Is anyone else noticing the rapid decline of Chipotle's standards? Every time I go (to any location) it gets worse. The meat seems lower quality, they're always out of veggies, drinks are out of order, and the staff gets more rude

This chipotle location is filthy, don’t waste your money on this garbage. I order through DoorDash and I’m left disgusted. I’ve lost my complete appetite for chipotle moving forward. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out they cooked with their feet. Yuck ?

On 10/27/24 Cottage Grove Chipolte was doing their best service. The food was readily available, hot, and ready to serve. Staff were fast and responsive to special requests. Yum, and it was good.

The worst chipotle ever. I mean I know chipotle started giving smaller portions but this is crazy. I got double chicken bowl and I got the smallest chipotle portion I have ever seen in my life. I don’t like writing reviews in google but I had to on this one this is robbery.

The worst chipotle. It was so filthy, service not great, one of the workers was slamming refill dishes around. They were blasting the most inappropriate music. Ordered a salad, mine was small I comparison to the fellow behind me. Very inconsistent. Didn't even have any salad dressing. I think the gal making my salad should have told me that. Do not patronize this location.

Whoever made the food tonight failed. The chicken was raw and hacked up and crazy. None of the food was seasoned. Threw the burrito away because of the raw meat.
