First there was no corn, onions, no onions even in the pico, the woman gave me a very small portion of chicken when I asked for a little bit more she said no it will be extra just cause I have stuttering problems soon as she heard me stutter she started to be rude and had zero patience she wanted togo quick and the individual in front of me got a way better portion then me just cause he was fast and the woman at the veggie station had zero patience as well she also wanted togo quick as possible I asked for a little bit more of the sour cream and she added a whole scoop and that actually happens a lot at very location this was a very bad inconvenience I felt uncomfortable ordering my food and honestly felt disrespected and offended.
I went here on a lunch break, I came in and the guy who was making the food walked away and left another girl by herself. She calls back for more rice and the lady in the back only made the brown rice and must've forgot about making the white rice. I asked the lady for a burrito and she started making a bowl, I said again that I wanted a Burrito she ignored that and still proceeded with the bowl. At this point I was already extremely frustrated because I had wasted majority of my break waiting for her to transfer the new food over. I will probably never return to this location and at this point to a chipotle again. I am not sure what happened to people and their customer service skills but they need to have a class on it.

They're always out of something, often multiple something's. I've been more than 5 times and they're always out of very basic items. Last time they had no birria, guac, sour cream, or cheese! Today they had no steak, lettuce, corn salsa or guac! And this was at 7:30 pm- I can't imagine what else they'll run out of before they close. Restaurant itself is nice enough- you can sit down and enjoy the 5 ingredients they'll actually have in stock. The only reason I go here is because it's within walking distance. Avoid if you care about being able to order the meal you planned out beforehand

I only found out when I got home since it was placed in a white container instead of the clear ones (see through). It was disgusting!!! I don't understand staff's audacity to serve such thing. I paid for it and should've gotten my money's worth. That guac wasn't fresh. It was either yesterday's leftover or something happened in the process of making it. Folks please check your order before you leave (even if ppl stare at you thinking your crazy or something).
