They skimp on all the food, especially the protein, it’s like they’re rationing.

Terrible management why can't you get a order ready on time , that was called in ahead of time. That's just being lazy

Never had issues ordering from this location in the past. This year, they kept making changes to my online orders without consulting me and taking forever to get out online orders. Customer support was really good about resolving the issue. I wanted to post a review since they kept changing my order to include gluten when I can't eat gluten. If you're in a similar situation, double check your online orders when you arrive at this location.

I usually don’t review Chipotles, but this one really needs some attention. It’s messy ingredients spilled across the counter, tables not wiped down, and it just feels disorganized overall. It also gets extremely crowded, and with the line moving so slowly, it can easily be a 30-minute wait just to order. They clearly need more staff to handle the volume here.
The employees are cool, but the workload. With a bit more staffing and better upkeep, this location could improve a lot.

If I go to chipotle in the twin cities I go to this one and skip two other one’s that are closer to me. This location by far offers the most consistent portions. I wish their soda machine had club soda though.
Best tasting chipotle around enough salt and not too much spice!

⭐ 1-Star Review — Corporate Needs To Work a Shift Here
This Chipotle feels like a social experiment on how much stress a human can handle before turning into salsa. The line was out the door, mobile orders flying in like drone strikes, and three exhausted employees were trying to save the world with rice and beans.
The crew deserves an award. The real villains are corporate. Whoever runs staffing and scheduling at HQ must think burritos make themselves. Zero backup, zero support, and zero awareness of what an actual rush looks like.
Watching these poor people fight through lunch hour was like seeing a burrito-themed war zone. I half expected someone to start narrating it like a nature documentary.
Corporate, if you care at all, send reinforcements. Or at least a therapist. These workers are holding your company together with aluminum foil and trauma.
I've had my fair share of issues with every other Chipotle I've been to, but this particular location literally never misses. It's one of the busiest you'll find (on u of m campus) but they are so much better run than every other location that I will drive father than the one that's closer to my work just to have a perfect burrito every time. Also, college kids work there so you're being served by people who know what they are doing. They will even provide a lime if requested. Most places will say they dont have any available but this location will take the time to provide one.

About a 30% chance they wrap my burrito correctly but otherwise it's pretty good. Nothing crazy special but they definitely work hard when they get busy. Some burrito wrapping classes might help tho because I can't keep having my burritos fall apart as soon as I take the foil off.

This is probably the best chipotle out there. At lunch at a different chipotle currently and I wish I was at this location, always good portions and they have the orders ready on time

waited 25 minutes in line, inside just to get to the front and be told the white rice is “completely out of stock”, when i asked for clarification the employee then specified they’re only using the white rice (they had 3 tubs of it by the way) for online orders.
soo i wasted 25 minutes waiting in line just to be told that when i got to the front. what the hell? no apologies either. overall this was terrible and i probably wouldnt come back here.
im glad i left as it also looked pretty dirty inside, garbage on the ground in the common area and the kitchen wasnt great either.

Ordered from here and the food was so salty my lips swelled up and I had to throw most of it away. I know fast food is salty but this was so far beyond, like eating teaspoons of salt straight. Disgusting.
