Food is good but would it kill them to clean up a bit?

This is the saddest excuse for a chipotle. Literally might as well shut this one down. Every single time I decide to waste my time here it’s just that. A waste of time. I’ve come in to them being out of everything and unable to sell me anything besides chips. I also have walked in countless times to them blasting their rap music on Bluetooth speakers for the whole lobby to hear and don’t bother to turn it down when customers come in. The lobby is always empty yet dirty. No customers due to their crappy attitude but the food is never fresh. Don’t even get me started on the disrespectful and incompetent staff including the new managers they have every week. Hmmm wonder why they can’t even keep a manager at this location. They will scoop some of your meat and dump half of the sorry ass excuse of a scoop they were gonna give you back into the bin. Staff will never miss out on an opportunity to cause an argument with customers. No wonder why this chipotle is always dead around lunch and dinner time. Yall are trash. Qdoba would NEVER.

Rude employee throwing food around in a huff when she made a mistake on the order, scoffing at normal requests and giving an attitude, including just closing the bowl and not adding any further ingredients when she decided she was done. Still plenty of time left to go before closing but employee was acting like she would rather be doing anything else than working and normal parts of the ordering process were extremely complicated and inconvenient modifications.
Parking: Lots of parking unless there is a lake there, which sometimes happens.

Please fix your rewards scanner. I scanned when it was time to pay at the register last week and been monitoring the chipotle account and my points still haven’t uploaded.

This is the third time in a row that I’ve come in recently and they’ve been out of multiple ingredients. All three times they’ve been out of vegetables, this time they were out of chicken. Why come to a location when they don’t even remotely have what you’re expecting?

Im personal, and a bit rude.
When I asked about fajita veggies they said they didn't have any right now. When I if any were coming up they said they hadn't sliced any yet. This location needs more support.
--To preface this lunch decision was decided by a gifted $25 Chipotle gift card while ordering through the Chipotle app. I wouldn't of come here otherwise.--
I don't come to this location often as every time I do get food its a gamble to whether or not they actually have the ingredients you want.
Got home from a trip, decided to grab some food to go. Place the order a bit away while stuck in traffic.
All ingredients show available on the app, in-store it could be a mix of one protein being made right now with it being out of stock for customers or they just don't outright have it nor will they prep it at all from what the constant display of the food area shows.
Fajitas don't exist here. Every time I try to order it through the app where it shows as available and if you order through pickup you don't get to find out what's missing until you get home and start to eat. I don't think I should have to dissect a burrito prior to its delivery just to figure out if I got my money's worth or I should've just gone to an locally owned Mexican restaurant instead. (You should.)
If something is messed up you can go through the whole chat-bot Pepper and using the email receipt you can essentially pick out what went wrong and it'll generate some reward in their app as compensation.
I'm genuinely surprised it gave me an free entree reward, previous visits it has only given maybe a drink at best with about two weeks to use or lose it. I feel like I burned a gift card on a disappointing meal for two and received one possibly good meal from the same folks who prepped it before.
Its just this location that I've had issues with. I can go to the other two Chipotle locations near Minneapolis and genuinely have had no issues with their food. This location just happens to be closest to where I live and it just is disappointing every time you take a first open or a first bite of your meal.
Go to another location in the area or better yet go to an actual locally owned Mexican restaurant and enjoy your food as opposed to what is prepared here.

Got to the restaurant at 10:30pm, ended up having a down payment system. One of the employees gave us a meal on him. Could not have had a better outcome given the circumstances! Very kind employees!

12/12/24 staff were non focused, ignoring customers to have their own conversation, and when one of employees friends came cussing and talking loudly on a speakerphone call,(for the entire twenty minutes I was in line) no one did a thing and gave him a attentive service that they where very much not giving the six or so other customers in their. Food was ok.
Vegetarian options: They Never have veggies cooked
Dietary restrictions: Had to say three times, no sour cream....they almost put it on anyway.
Kid-friendliness: Horrible staff, and they do not control loud or unruly customers

This chipotle is honestly great for one in Minneapolis. All my online orders have been ready on time, like 10 total. If I eat in the restaurant, the line has always moved pretty quick as long as there aren’t clueless customers or someone with a giant order. The only issue I have is the seasoning on the chicken. I find it inconsistent from other locations. The northeast location tastes much better. Maybe it’s more how they cook it or the marinade process. But it’s lacking some savory component regardless.

Driver named Brian claimed he dropped of my food. He sure didn't. Won't answer my texts or calls. Now I'm out $22 and still hungry. The chipotle customer service is a mess. Never again.
