My order was 30 minutes late, the food was so disgusting that it was inedible, and my bowl was missing every single topping. Infuriating. *And here’s the restaurant in the comments telling me to contact them. I did! Demanding a refund! They ignored it and only contacted me here in public where I can’t reply.

I lived this neighborhood almost 17 years and this location is getting worse, two things change, number one customer service there is the guy with the beard very rude and also he will give you small portions. They use to be friendly and gave you enaugh, but this for 15 dollars, absolutely insane.

I work over in uptown area so I normally come here to use up any points and do quick pick up orders. To be honest I've had a lot of hit or miss meals at this joint. Sometimes the rice has been undercooked or the ingredients don't blend quite right but today..was something special. .all the ingredients were perfectly harmonious and wanted to give a shout out to the Chef on a slow Tuesday night Jesus (sorry for any mispelling) And of course the wonderful staff tonight (11/11/25) 9:39 pm. . Much appreciated! The tortilla was chewy and delicious, the fatijats where crunchy and bright, and the meat, beans and rice with the sauce......phenomenal. I normally don't do reviews and even I know Chipotle u get wat u expect....but every once in a while u get that perfect hit! Thank u!

I live around here and have had Chipotle from this location a handful of times in the past year. In the past two months alone, quality and service has tanked so bad.

They rarely get my order right, including giving me a kind of meat that I didn’t order. One time, the food was so rotten that it gave my partner food poisoning. Don’t eat here unless you want to be disappointed with your meal. It’s almost guaranteed that something will be wrong with your food.

Food allergies BEWARE!!!!

We ordered catering from this Chipotle location for a large group that included several vegan guests. We specifically chose the Sofritas to accommodate them, but throughout the evening multiple people found pieces of steak mixed into what was supposed to be a vegan tofu dish.

There were also clear signs of cross-contamination, with cheese mixed into the salsa and corn sides. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially for those with dietary restrictions or food allergies.

I would strongly caution anyone with food sensitivities, allergies, or vegan diets to avoid this location, as they do not appear to take food separation or labeling seriously.

We did contact Chipotle as soon as we realize the contamination, and there was zero follow up on their end :\

Don't waste your time here. Go to another Chipotle. The employees are rude and have attitude. There are many things missing from the line. A dirty place. Lazy and rude employees.

Terrible experience they got my order wrong and the chicken was burnt mixed with new on some of the burrito bowls

I’ve ordered here a few times and have only gotten my order right once, and even that time maybe 1/4 of the bowl was full. Always the wrong protein, missing items, and customer service is awful as you usually get ignored.

Went here because google said they was open...only to be met by a man in a crop top with the chipotle logo on it...saying that they were closed when it was 8:15 pm sunday... wasted my time...and im glad I didn't eat that nasty food

DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If you need an excuse to not show up for work then by all means…eat here and you will be guaranteed 100% to have food poisoning.

I walked in and walked right back out. What an absolute filthy, disgusting restaurant. How is this location even open? Where is the health department? There was trash all over the floors, the back counter where the food gets prepared look like the bottom of a dumpster. There was food smeared over the window at the counter where the customers order. The employees appearance did not look any better. Chipotle should be ashamed of this store. This is how you want to be presented? WOW! I will not return to ANY Chipotle in the state of Minnesota ever again.
