Chipotle Mexican Grill

Always gets something wrong with my order. Took over AN HOUR to get them to refund me for something they forgot to put in. The quality is lacking and the customer service is the absolute worst I've experienced in at least a decade. I'd rather be on the phone with a cable company for an issue that Chipotle. You should be embarrassed at how poorly you treat customers, or at least, former customers. Never again.

This is hilarious, after posting my review I got a canned response from the store directing me to the generic contact method, the thing I literally wrote the review complaining about how awful it was. These guys just don't care about customers AT ALL.

Put in an order for the Build Your Own combo at 7:10 for pickup at 7:30 as shown in the app. Arrive at 7:37pm and the order is not ready at all. I had to wait 40mins because instead of prioritizing my order, the staff decided to serve about 20 people that came after me. I didn’t get an acknowledgment at all even though I did mentioned I was picking up for my family at the hospital. I understand this is a fast food chain but honestly? Almost an hour to pick up essentially 6 bowls? Awful service and management.

Awesome. Food portions were huge and the ore was exactly right. Great job!

It’s sad to see what Chipotle has become.

They are consistently late in opening their store. The posted opening time is 10:45 a.m., but it’s already 11:00 a.m. and the store still isn’t open. They really need to update their Google information to reflect their actual hours.

Terrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes for mobile order.

One of the employees patronized me and attempted to embarrass me in front of the whole store, simply because I asked a question. To make matters even worse, my bowl was so bad that I had to throw it out. This place used to be my favorite Chipotle , but I'm never going back there again.

If anybody says any different about this Chipotle they’re not telling the truth !!!! Understand that yes there are Hispanic people who can’t understand English but that doesn’t mean bash them or make them feel anything less than the same human beings they are !!!! We ALL bleed the same …. If there’s an issue ask for help from someone else cause there their to help … attitudes comes of course when working in a retail/restaurant of course people have bad days or may be frustrated by customers who come into a Chipotle line which aren’t always short but knowing your at CHIPOTLE not Burger King or McDonald's where you can saying give me a number 3 with a sprite simple your find this is CHIPOTLE freshly made food by those same exact people your trying to bash !!!! This is an amazing restaurant and I give them their props cause it’s not easy finding an amazing Chipotle good eats cause trust they all ARE NOT the same !!!! This Excelsior location is the BEST … great friendly people who work there also

I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about. This is the best chipotle in the twin cities. This is the only chipotle I will go to and I will drive out of my way to go to this one. Food is always great and everyone working there is always friendly and in good spirits. This is the spot, immaculate vibes

Overcharged me and refused to give my money back. Charged me for almost an entire additional bowl. Even the manager acted like she didn’t know what was talking about. And the rudeness and hostility was very high. There is a reason this place is barely over 3 stars.

Ummm, yeah… this is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Employee yelled at me because he was mumbling after I asked him for the code to the bathroom, and I had to ask twice. Having to ask once was bad enough. I will not be returning.

Great customer service food always fresh workers always happy & nice love them !!!

Came in 2 hours before closing and they had an attitude about making my bowl. Literally had so much liquid in and wasn't closed that is seemed through the bag andto my car seat.
