We've been several times, food and service have always been excellent, recommend the mussels and the Cassoulet.

Enjoyed an early 5 pm dinner here before a Guthrie show. Ordered items off of the Snacks Happy Hour menu so we could try a variety of things. Food was good, service left much to be desired. One check in from the waiter after our food had been delivered, before we had been able to try anything and the other check in when we were asked if we were ready for the bill which we were not as we wanted to order dessert. We enjoyed the food and are hopeful it was just an off night with the service! Would give it a second shot on a night with no time commitments.

We love Chloe. Great food and variety in addition to delicious craft drinks.

Excellent, high-quality, French bistro food. Exactly what u would find around a city in France (if u r a local). Of course, how can u go wrong if they serve Patisserie 46 baguettes? And the desserts, oh là là. Très bonne nourriture. Merci, Vincent!

This place is amazing, the drinks were fantastic, our food was excellent, fresh and the dishes are a work of art.
Happy hour is a must as you can get $200 worth of food for less than $100. Recommend a reservation as this place can pack out mid week. There can be lag in service as the occupancy fills up so a earlier brunch is optimal but overall one of my favorites in the city's.

A Culinary Masterpiece

Nestled in the heart of the city, Chloe by Vincent is more than a restaurant—it’s an experience that lingers in your memory long after the last bite. From the moment you step inside, the warm, intimate ambiance captivates with its blend of modern elegance and rustic charm. Soft lighting, lush greenery, and curated artwork create a setting that feels both sophisticated and inviting, perfect for a romantic evening or a celebratory gathering.

The menu is a love letter to French-inspired cuisine, executed with precision and creativity.

Service here is nothing short of impeccable. The staff radiates genuine warmth, offering thoughtful recommendations without pretension.

Save room for dessert: the Crème Brulee is a revelation. Every detail, from the presentation to the flavor harmonies, reflects a dedication to excellence.

Chloe by Vincent isn’t just a meal—it’s a celebration of artistry, passion, and hospitality. Whether you’re a food enthusiast or simply seeking an unforgettable evening, this gem deserves a standing ovation. We’ll be back before the menu changes! 🌟

5 stars all around! From now on, anytime someone tells me they are visiting Minneapolis, I will recommend Chloe by Vincent. Perfect food, perfect service, and perfect atmosphere. They gave my mother a rose for Mother's Day and me a card for my birthday (with $15 off my next visit)! I will DEFINITELY be returning!

As a single woman, I often dine alone, and usually sit at the bar. I have been to Chloe's several times with friends, and the service has been very good. Tonight, on a Wednesday that was not all that busy, not so much. I waited at least 10 minutes for the bartender to bring me a cocktail menu, but she had her back to me talking with a couple who, apparently, were quite important, as they commanded the attention of many of the wait staff and Vincent himself. After I got up to find a cocktail menu myself, she came over. I asked about dinner specials and was told about one special, only to find out that there were two, but not until after I had completed my meal. While the food was good, as always, the service was lacking. A reminder that ALL guests deserve the same attention, not just certain ones. I don't expect that I will receive a response to this review, but I am hoping that Chloe's corrects this issue, as I hope to return and receive better service the next time.

Had a very good salad and glass of wine.. very nice service and never felt rushed. Dined with friends and they didn’t love the burger but thought the mussels and Croque Monsieur was good.

We came here for date night and had a wonderful experience. Amazing hospitality. Vincent himself came to ask how our good was. The food was out of this world and our drinks were some of the best we had! Super cute place. Thank you Chloe for an amazing experience!

It was my granddaughter’s 12th birthday. Since she is in love with the French language, culture and food, I made reservations at Close by Vincent. It was a HUGE success! We both had escargot, I had the mussel and she had the steak frites. These were the best mussels (and the Chloe 75) I ever had! My granddaughter who usually eats very little almost ate the entire Steak, followed by Creme brûlée.
The dinner and the service were wonderful, and we will not wait another year for her next birthday to come back!
Thank you!

Wonderful menu. Food was good. Only pate was disappointing. Service with Nolan was terrific, just the right kind of attention and he knew the menu and wine suggestions. Mussels superb, as was the Walleye, Coq au vin and Beef Bour. Atmosphere is tough. Looks great but it's very noisy, with people speaking louder to be heard so you have to speak louder. Came out hoarse. But this is so common. I wish it was quieter, a place one could have a great conversation over good food. Do something with sound buffering.

I was excited to get The Vincent Burger again! It was excellent, if a little over done. Great spot before a show at The Guthrie. Will be back!

Great food loved the escargot appetizer dish and the main course meals we ordered. Atmosphere was nice. Drinks were the only thing that we weren’t crazy about but nothing out of the ordinary. Great place for a nice sit down meal.
