It was a completely spontaneous decision to visit this restaurant after we were at the Home show at the stadium. I got to tell you we had a great experience all the way around. Great food, friendly service, nice atmosphere, very reasonable prices. We would definitely go back! I has Chicken Thigh Coq Au Vin,

Chloe by Vincent is insanely good—easily one of the best dining experiences in Minneapolis! Tucked right inside the Canopy by Hilton in the Mill District, it's super convenient if you're staying nearby or catching a show at the Guthrie or a game at US Bank Stadium.
This place nails elevated French comfort food like no other. The mussels (moules marinières, I assume) are plump, perfectly cooked in a rich, aromatic broth that you can't stop sopping up with their crusty baguette. The escargot is tender and garlicky heaven, swimming in that classic herb butter—pure indulgence. But the standout? Their French onion soup is hands-down the best I've ever had: deeply caramelized onions, a perfectly balanced beefy broth, topped with a gooey, broiled blanket of Gruyère that stretches for days. It's soul-warming perfection on a spoon.
The vibe is fantastic—casual yet chic, with a warm, welcoming brasserie feel. Neon accents, open kitchen views, cozy booths, and just the right buzz without being overwhelming. Service is attentive and friendly, making it ideal for date nights, celebrations, or solo bar seating.

I live across the street. For me, it’s the ultimate neighborhood hangout. I sit at the bar for dinner after work, I bring over friends and family, I pop in at night for a nightcap and a side. The food is always excellent, the service first class, and the atmosphere relaxing. I love this place!

We tried everything we wanted.. appetizers, main course and dessert. We liked how they served the food and big portions of it. Great job, chef!

Chloe is our go-to spot before the Guthrie. It’s the perfect bistro experience. Great food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Loud. Great drinks. Food was very average. Their beef bourg. Wasnt much better than a pot roast at Perkins. Seems like a good bar to hang out at, upscale clients. Unremarkable but OK service. Food is not dazzling but if you want OK cooked French food and maybe meet someone at the bar with very tasty drinks come here.

Classic French dishes beautifully executed. Tender flavorful escargot, rich and succulent beef tartare, and the best seared scallops I’ve ever had. This is perfectly complemented by the balanced cocktails and wonderful wines by the glass.

Good diet coke, mid food. Cocktails very good, fast service.
Tables are weirdly large for groups of two.

We've been several times, food and service have always been excellent, recommend the mussels and the Cassoulet.
Enjoyed an early 5 pm dinner here before a Guthrie show. Ordered items off of the Snacks Happy Hour menu so we could try a variety of things. Food was good, service left much to be desired. One check in from the waiter after our food had been delivered, before we had been able to try anything and the other check in when we were asked if we were ready for the bill which we were not as we wanted to order dessert. We enjoyed the food and are hopeful it was just an off night with the service! Would give it a second shot on a night with no time commitments.
We love Chloe. Great food and variety in addition to delicious craft drinks.
Excellent, high-quality, French bistro food. Exactly what u would find around a city in France (if u r a local). Of course, how can u go wrong if they serve Patisserie 46 baguettes? And the desserts, oh là là. Très bonne nourriture. Merci, Vincent!
