We came to Chloe for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed it. Their happy hour wings (dry rub) were great and the croque monsuier bites were cute and yummy. For entrees we got the veggie risotto and scallops and I’m still thinking about that orange sauce, so good. While they don’t cater to kids, they do have a kids menu so we brought our toddler with us. I was nervous to bring her to a higher end restaurant but the staff (and Vincent himself) were all so sweet to her, and our server was so patient. Top off the night with their bread pudding on special, a cup of their whipped cream and a signed birthday card from the staff ( ) we loved our experience.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu, but I would recommend for older kids or laid back younger kids who are comfortable in a restaurant setting

Delicious and accessible French cuisine. The best French onion soup I have had and the beef bourguignon was fantastic too. They took the time to split all dishes in two as we were sharing, really appreciated the attention to service. Look forward to being back.

We’ve been more times than I can count. In addition to 112 Eatery and Runyon’s this is our fav dt restaurant. All the food is very good, service is exemplary, and cocktail offerings are unique. Be sure to have the chef’s fav childhood dessert. Add the cream bowl. Perfect for sharing.

What a find in Minneapolis. The location is right next to the Stadium and surrounded by hotels and apartment buildings. It made me feel like I was at a restaurant in NYC. The atmosphere is fancy and elegant and the food was delicious and well presented. If you’re in town visiting or looking somewhere to have dinner with friends for any occasion, I’d check this place out.

The cassoulet, tian, rillettes and fries were very good. The mackerel was ok, a bit overcooked. Service was lethargic.

"Casual French" is how I would describe this. Very relaxed atmosphere, the servers are kind and not hyper-proper. The poutine and the bread were 2 great starters! The burger is juicy and flavorful, and the steak frites was perfectly cooked and delicious.

I came here for a dinner with 4 friends and we all enjoyed our meal. I had the chicken breast which was delicious however I am used to a bit more seasoning. The place itself was designed beautifully and was not too bright or too dim. I found parking right outside the restaurant, however my friends struggled a little and had to walk more since it is downtown. I paid 75¢ for street parking from 820-10pm on a saturday night! Super sweet. It was a bit too loud to hear everyone talk, but the service was great and they checked on us and refilled drinks consistently even though the place was pretty full.

We've so missed Vincent and finally got around to visiting Chloe by Vincent. We were not disappointed. Chloe is a bit more casual than Vincent was with its white tablecloths, but it still succeeds at a French bistro vibe. Cocktail options were creative and excellent prepared. My wife tried the Grow a Poire, and liked it so much, she ordered a second (something she rarely does). I had the Vesper, which was one of the best renditions I've ever had (too dangerous to order a second since I was driving). We both started with the French Onion Soup, because you have to. It was very similar to a version we had while in Paris last Fall where the broth is lighter (chicken rather than beef?) and has an undercurrent of Parmesan. It was very good. The cheese was plentiful and definitely not domestic. Perfect for a cold night. I also ordered the Escargot, and loved it. It's hard to get this wrong, with plenty of garlic and herbs. My wife's entrée was the Scallops that she'd been craving since having it at Vincent. She was very happy. Note that the dish only comes with 2 large Scallops, but you can add more for $14 each. We thought this is a bit steep, so she only added one, but then regretted not asking for a fourth because it was so good. I had the Steak Frites, which was a perfectly cooked hangar steak and phenomenal frites (fries). My only complaint was that someone was too liberal with the salt on both the meat and the frites. It wasn't inedible, but saltier than it should have been (and I'm someone who likes salty). The steak was so good that I didn't care. Despite it seeming like a lot of food, everything was pretty light, so we had room for dessert. We chose the Nutella Crepe and a side of Sebastian Joe's vanilla ice cream. Oh, so good! All we needed was the Eiffel Tower behind us and a bunch of guys trying to sell us trinkets to feel like we were back in Paris at Midnight next to the Seine. We will most definitely be back!

A great date place! Also good for business meetings. There's street parking as well as a nearby parking garage as it's near the Vikings Stadium and the Guthrie Theater. We recommend the BEEF BOURGUIGNON & CASSOULET, both are a gastronomic treat to your pallet! Our server Jillian was awesome! Very attentive, always smiling and gave us good recommendations on both drinks and food! Definitely coming back!
