He even located me extra items (linens) for a part of the event they weren't assisting with! Victor and Cody set things up well and came to tear things down in a timely manner. Everyone I worked with was kind, professional and very helpful! I will certainly use Chowgirls again in the future.

My executive women's group hired Chowgirls for a dinner at a members condo. We had a few allergies and they suggested ideas for items that would work and also adjusted a few others. I was a little hesitant since we ended up ordering chicken which, to me sounded a little boring, but WOW, we were not disappointed. Not only did the set up and take down go seamlessly (we barely noticed and voila it was there and gone), but all the food from the charcuterie to the main to the dessert was not only delicious but so beautiful!! We appreciated all the love that obviously went into our experience!

My wife and I attended the Guthrie this evening to discover Chowgirls Catering now has the concession contract. Our experience with Chowgirls service was awful. Intermissions are only 15 minutes so concessions need to be simple, efficient, and staffed by service focused people. Not only was service before the show slow and expensive, at intermissions my wife and I were second in line and it took five minutes to place and pay for our order, including the tip the staff was keen to collect. But then, they didn't have the inventory to fulfill the order and sent me to the level five bar to pick up my order. The lines were even worse up there. We wound up having to take our seats for the second half of the play with receiving the order we paid for. Awful service, bad business model, and a poor fit for concessions work. If yelp let me give out a zero, Chowgirls certainly would have earned it from me tonight.

I recently used ChowGirls to cater my corporate holiday and they did not disappoint! the appetizers during cocktail hour were a hit (people especially liked the bacon wrapped water chestnuts), and the plated meal was delicious (we had the harissa salmon and orange fennel chicken as options). Easily the best meal we have had at our holiday party in years. In additional to great food, they are so easy to work wither! Quick email responses during the planning process, and our day of coordinator (Greg) was so easy and kind to work with and always found me with questions when needed. They even boxed up leftovers as we had a few last minute cancellations due to illness. Thank you for helping our party run smoothly!

The Cowgirls again outdid all expectations. Who knew that a funeral took as much planning as a wedding, but you only have a week to make the arrangements? All I needed to do was make a call to my favorite catering team (who I have used for 15 years for all my corporate events), the Chowgirls and they made it all happen. The food was delicious, the setup was beautiful and the staff as always were so gracious. Many thanks, team; you are the best!

My event was a celebration of life for my husband on 8/18. Chowgirls wasn’t the cheapest quote but I knew I was going with them after speaking with Bridget for only ten seconds. I sent my inquiry online and received a very fast call back with information already for me. This woman was extraordinary. And she made a very tough experience seem so simple. My event had time constraints. Bridget was able to list all she could do in that timeframe and followed through. Now the food, wow! Very impressive and my guests were very satisfied. The presentation of the food was beautiful and it was all delicious. I can’t remember the names of the team members that helped that night but my guests commented on their professionalism and fantastic work ethic. A lot of guests couldn’t tell they were there (in a good way). Thank you Chowgirls for a beautiful event. My husband would have loved it.
