We were really looking forward to trying this place. However, we walked up to a gentleman rearranging and touching all over cookies with his bare hand. Surprisingly, he had a glove on the hand he wasn't using to touch the cookies in the display.

We ordered catering for a work event from here and was a HUGE hit! WE had 5 dozen cookies and 4 dozen bars, and at this point, even with only about 80 people, there's maybe a handful of each left and they will be gone before the end of the day. I will definitely order from them for personal and work events again. Andrea was so nice and helpful in getting us set up with such a large order and all of it was so good. The cookies are massive and soft and fresh and the pumpkin streusel bars were tender and flavorful. Really cannot express how happy we are with the service and quality.

Best cookies I’ve ever tried, and awesome service as well. Tried a couple different ones and all were amazing, soft and sweet. I brought a dozen back home from my business trip and my family is already asking for me to bring more on my next visit.
Cookies were delicious. We bought as we were walking by to go to lunch and ended up coming back to get more. Highly recommend the chocolate with heath bar.

The best cookie shop in all of downtown. They are always so flipping soft and sweet (well the ones i choose are) and it's really hard to have just one. My favorites are the chocolate chip and the double chocolate sea salt. Delicious. And they are a staple of downtown, I remember coming here in the late 90s when I was still in high school, they know what they're doing.
Parking: Plenty of parking, but its all paid. Its cheaper if you can find street parking.
