I work downtown and I’ve heard such good reviews about coconut whisk - me and my coworker decided to go! We arrived there at 2pm and saw it was clearly open because someone was inside / the lights were on etc... but the door was locked. The worker inside completely ignored us and was on what appeared to be a FaceTime call. We stood outside for awhile waiting for them to get off the call but nope. Very interesting experience, I wouldn’t recommend going here. Unless they are able to hire more people.

Love this little boba shop on Nicollet Mall. I find the location very convenient and the staff are always super friendly. The h2O is my favorite in the summer to pick up on the way to peavey plaza and in the winter it's accessible through the Skyway system. The Creme Brulee makes a great winter drink :)

The service is impeccable, with a staff that goes above and beyond to make every visitor feel like a cherished guest. The young guy on the morning shift had a great knowledge of the menu, coupled with genuine enthusiasm, adds an extra layer of warmth to the overall dining experience. The attention to detail in both service and presentation reflects the cafe's commitment to providing a memorable and enjoyable time for all patrons.

I love coconut whisk and have been coming since the beginning but the last two times i tried to come within their posted hours (even double checked instagram to make sure hours were correct and there wasn't a last minute closure) they were closed and im so sad!! ???

Cute shop with cute desserts. Love that everything is nut-free and peanut-free. It's been so hard to find peanut-free desserts for my son.

The cafe is cute and it's right across the street from the Target in downtown. However. Service on the weekends here is SLOW. It took me about 45 mins to get my drink after ordering. There was only one person working with quite a few people to serve. The drink itself was good, but I wouldn't return due to the slow service.

Really disappointed as the reviews appear to be good. These drinks are essentially premade, and taste horrible. I asked for a drink without the pearls and they gave me a glass of milk. Coconut matcha tasted awful. For 2 drinks and waffle sticks we spent $32 dollars with a very subpar delivery. Unfortunately I'm leaving a bad review. We wanted to support a business that they have marketed themselves to be which fell short.

Amazing!! I never got to have a Vietnamese iced coffee before going vegan, and all of the vegan ones I've had since have never matched up to my idea of it. But this place finally did!! The creaminess of the coffee was insanely good, and it was perfectly sweet while still having a strong coffee taste. And the waffle sticks...I could've eaten like 3 orders of them. The mylk cloud it comes with is so yummy. Will definitely be coming back before I leave for more coffee and boba, and to have some more waffles!! Thank you!

Sorry to anyone arriving to Coconut Whisk after 2pm on Sunday 7/9, I was that person who got the very last boba tea available and caused them to close early lol, there was a Sci-fi convention so it got low it stock I guess, anyway it was a delicious Creme Brulee boba.

Great food and pretty good prices, the waffle sticks had some fun flavors like "moms favorite cereal" or a cinnamon sugar flavor. The boba was good, the Vietnamese coffee was very creamy despite being all vegan. However while the place was nicely decorated towards the front the back booths felt a bit plain compared to the front so definitely grab a window seat if you can. Overall though I would visit again if I travel back to MinneapolisVegetarian options: All of the menu is fully vegan and cruelty freeDietary restrictions: "Mylk" or their sort of butter substitute and all boba drinks have no milk and therefore no lactose

The people working there seemed nice, but the slowness just wasn’t tolerable. Our order was three orders of waffle sticks and three drinks, so a little slowness is expected, but it took way too long for a place that’s for quick snacks. There were only two people working, but the store wasn’t very busy at all with more than half the seats empty. At the end, they got one of my orders incorrect, and the waffle sticks with their add-ons (syrup, cream) were just ok. Granted, they aren’t the worst vegan/gluten free food I’ve had, but it wasn’t worth the wait or the price. I probably won’t be coming back.
