Ordered door dash. Nothing wrong with the delivery. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, a egg and cheese bagel, a strawberry strudel, and a vanilla iced coffee. I received two egg and cheese bagels, two iced coffees, and no strawberry strudel. The complete incompetence to mess an order up this bad blows my mind. Do better.

Ozzie was so so helpful! They helped me get a bunch of bagels last second and helped me use some old gift cards :)

This place specializes in getting your order wrong, constantly keeping the drive thru closed, and having employees who could care less. What a waste of time & money.

I want a refund. I called this place 5 times and got no response. All the doors were locked to get into the building to go here. I ordered 2 sandwiches and never got them. Directions to get in can be more clear.

We would like to inform you in writing that something very regrettable has happened regarding your services and products.
The other day, I visited two of your stores, and a staff member informed me that I could no longer purchase two or a dozen bagels from the menu. In addition, they said that they could not buy containers of cream cheese, but only through catering instead. These changes made it very difficult and very disappointing to purchase something that suited my needs.
To be honest, these responses seriously compromise customer convenience, and we can’t help but feel that your company doesn’t value our business. It led me to waste time and money and think it would be better to go to another bagel store, like Bagger's Bagels.
We are extremely disappointed by this situation. We look forward to future service improvements and listening to our customers' voices.
Thank you for your understanding and response.

Will “forget” multiple items. Despite tipping %20.
Food is always good but the older lady kind of tossed my bag at me instead of handing it to me and didn’t say a word to be not even “have a good day” poor customer service especially for a WF building

They are a good somewhat fast place to grab breakfast. The attendants have always been pleasant.
I put food as 3 starts because I really liked their fresh squeezed OJ, but they changed it. I think they are watering it down now. I only drank half of it because it was so bad and I won't order it again. Their other items seem good. Just regular bagels not anything special.

I ordered from Einstein Bros for a Corporate breakfast and received confirmation of the order and scheduled delivery, but unfortunately they never showed up. I also tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. I would beware if you placing orders for catering with this company/store.

I enjoy this place and the food is usually good, but my order is wrong almost every single time. They consistently add cheese when I've asked for it to be removed, and none of my customizations are ever done. Many of these requests are due to an allergy, which makes it even more frustrating. Overall, it’s really disappointing.

I purchased 6 bagels from this shop few weeks ago, they all spoiled next day. Felt like these were all old stock from few days ago. The store shouldn't sell old stocks just to get rid of their junk.
I will avoid visiting going forward.
Got me a bottled water and the maple french bread bagel with cream cheese. Very delicious food and friendly service.

The gentleman who was working this afternoon was very kind when I got my coffee. I didn’t catch his name but I appreciate it.
