Rarely do rate franchises but this one deserves it for how poor the customer service was. Coffee shop employees are typically VERY HAPPY people and two employees at this one don’t say a single word to me behind what my name is. Just wow!
This location was noisy when we visited.
It didn't help that the employees are YELLING out names when orders are ready. I get it that they yell to make sure everyone knows who's drinks are up... so that they are not taken by a third party. Apparently, people steal drinks if they are not picked up immediately.

It's always great to come in here and chill out on my days off or the many days I get layed off before a company hires me again. Ordered the Lemo Load and coffee. Both were Fab! Love the window views!
