The new Honeycrisp Caramel drink is delicious-just the right blend of sweetness. I was skeptical but had to try it!! Service was fast—only ask would be to say the name on a mobile order so I would know when to look up from my phone ?
Parking: Better if you walk to it!

I love caribou coffee! They are speedy and the coffee is delicious! I recommend using the app. I don't love the espresso as much at this specific location, as I think the new machines don't make coffee as good as they used to (coffee needs love to be good, it seems!) but I like that they have bagels and more options than other caribous and the atmosphere is good (outdoor seating! yay!) Note: I received a coupon for writing this review, but my opinions are honest.

someone check the brunette curly haired brown eyed white cashier’s attitude. i greeted her and asked for what i wanted and she goes “we ? actually ? don’t ? have ? that ? today ?” as if it’s my fault??usually i’d care less about her greeting me or at least smiling back but customer service is the bare minimum these days. that was the first time i actually left instead of putting up with that energy.

Usually, I have a good experience here, however today was not that. I was ordering, and the person at the register was mumbling so much, so I couldn’t hear a thing. They were also very rude making me feel like I was doing something wrong by being there. AND they got my coffee wrong.
I went for the energy drink and it did never disappoint. Peach & mango lemonade with sparking water is the go to.
