Some weirdo off the street cut in front of me for water. I wasnt greeted by the 2 people behind the counter. I was the only person in line. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order to be made. Ive been to this location before & never had this issue. The sandwich was sloppy and falling apart in the bag. It was not enjoyable. It was cold by the time my drinks were ready. Ive worked in the service industry for nearly 25 years. Sorry this was bad- I tipped well & it wasnt until after that I was given slightly better service

Don't expect parking: There is zero. if you need to drive here, drive to the quarry caribou instead because you can't. Beautiful inside though once you make the hike

Rude employees. When there is a mistake, they try to blame the customer (which i totally understand in some cases!), but maybe don't act rude, especially when the customer isn't rude. Both times I have been here I have dealt with snobby attitudes.

Had coffee here 4 times in late June. Short, somewhat stocky guy was very nice, others were good too. Liked their blueberry cheese croissant which is more like a cross between a danish and a croissant. I was not a big fan of Caribou’s coffee. It always seemed weak, but the dark roast here was good. Usually I like a lighter roast with a more nuanced flavor, but I would go with dark roast here. Added 7/30/2025 To the management: I will note after seeing response to my review that I really hate places that feel the need to respond to every review by either thanking or apologizing to the reviewer. Please just figuratively shut up. It makes me want to delete my review or decrease the number of stars.

Nice little shop conveniently located by the Graduate Hilton. Friendly staff, clean and inviting. A great place to start each morning, and has outdoor seating when weather permits.

I understand that work can be stressful at times, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of paying attention. I always order my coffee with oat milk, but on several occasions, it has been mixed with another type of milk, which completely alters the taste—almost like engine oil. I kindly ask that more attention be given or give that job to someone who needs it. Thank you.

Tried the sugar cinnamon mocha.. which by the name i knew it would be sweet, but it was too sweet. If I get again now know to ask for half the sugar/flavor
