Food here is overall of high quality. Pork tacos were legitimately INSANELY GOOD. Chicken tinga, elote and desert were all good as well!
My issues though are pretty important. The seating here is horrible. Tables are 6 inches apart, it’s awful and makes you never feel comfortable. Pricing is also high but that’s to be expected.
But…. But let me tell you about the Cacio E Pepe Tostados. OH MY GOSH. Take that off your menu. HORRIBLE! Just a pile of cheese with some tortilla chips for $20. The tables next to us also got these and we could easily hear them due to how close they were to us. They agreed that that menu item is BAD.
With a couple tweaks, this spot rules.

This place was awesome! Super cute interior, great food, and lovely servers. I got the chicken tinga tostadas which were great however spicy! that was on me though since it was tinga. The churros are an absolute must and i liked that it wasn’t too sweet like they usually are!

We were really excited to dine here because we love Colita's sister restaurants. We were underwhelmed by the service (no welcome, no explanation of menu or restaurant, etc). Our appetizer was cold when it was served. The food and drinks were good but not great for the price, and we also were feeling a bit sick once we got home (💩).

We had reservations for 7 pm but weren't seated until 7:30. No one apologized or thanked us for waiting. I get waiting 10, maybe 15 minutes for a reservation, but 30 minutes is a lot. Our server was polite and the food was good.

Upscale, modern restaurant with great service and tasty food. We ordered Lamb Barbacoa Tacos, Chicken Tonga Tostadas, and Corn Elote. Lamb tacos and Corn Elote were very tasty. Chicken tostadas were a bit bland. Service was excellent.
