This food is awesome! So delicious and service is awesome! You really need to check out this place. You don't want to blink and miss it. A small restaurant and small business owner. I can't say enough how awesome it is!

Honestly, weird.I've only ever had pho be served as the traditional Vietnamese dish at authentic Vietnamese restaurants and had no way of anticipating that this would be a pho "inspired" dish containing sliced potatoes and what seems to be kebab meat. It's far worse than real pho and pretty disappointing if you walk in expecting some pho dac biet like you get in St. Paul. Were this whole experience less than $15 I could forget about it and move on, but something about clearing $18 with a modest tip for a weak soup puts a bad taste in my mouth and raises all sorts of ethical questions about serving fake pho at this quality and price.

The vegan pho is incredible! I got it with egg noodles (because I'm not actually vegan), added all the complimentary toppings, including some spicy chili and tahini on top. It was absolutely delicious! I wish the hours were a bit longer so I could get this for dinner, but in the absence of that possibility, I would highly recommend this soup for lunch!

I was in the area and have seen this a few times and decided to stop by after an appointment. The space is very small with a few tables in the lobby/hallway area for sitting. The smells were aromatic which is what drew me near. There are menus posted outside the door, along with a QR code to scan for the menu. I asked if there was an extended menu by scanning the QR code and the employee had no idea what I was talking about and was a bit harsh in responding to me, saying, "I dont even know what you mean by a QR code, did you scan it"? He immediatly turned away from me, and continued to scoop the mayo into the metal tin. The other employee overheard and just proceeded to do what he was doing. I read a couple of the other reviews and decided not to order any food. The reviews and the customer service were not good. I wont be 'Coming Pho Soup' here.

I have eaten Vietnamese food in many many places and I love it this. However, even if it has a name which is kind of cute come pho Soup it is some of the worst noodle bowls I've ever had. The chicken tasted like it came out of a can but the person said no. It's pre-cooked from something strips. It was not good. The flavors are not put together in a proper manner. They're poorly mixed. The sauce was nothing but mayonnaise. It was just frankly disgusting, expensive, and lousy. I ate it because when I told you it was not good and tasted like canned chicken with no flavour you just walked away so I figured you didn't care looks like I was rightDietary restrictions: They say that they do gluten free but they use the same water for all noodles

Stopped by for a quick lunch and tried the meat lovers pho. It's a super small shop and a bit of a different experience in terms of traditional pho. While the broth was just okay, some of the toppings aren't in traditional pho which wasn't my favorite but still tasted good. Still a solid bowl of pho but just expect less traditional toppings. The service and staff were friendly! They also had Banh Mi which I didn't get a chance to try but maybe I'll be back to try it.

I had the J*** Chicken Bahn Mi and wow was it delicious. The bread was crunchy and soft. The flavors all worked well together and it even had a nice little kick. If I lived nearby I could definitely see this as a regular lunch spot. The building it's in also has some nice vibes old detailed craftsmanship.
