This will definitely be a go-to coffee shop for me. The coffee is fabulous! Friendly staff. Inviting space. AND THANK you for not charging me $6+ for a small iced coffee! I've cut way back on going out for coffee b/c seemingly everywhere else in the area thinks that is the going rate for subpar coffee.

I have been coming here since Dusty opened (very quickly approaching the two year mark already?!?) and I should have reviewed sooner! It's such a perfect neighborhood-feel coffee shop that has lots of cozy wood benches, old movies playing as you walk in, local art for display and for sale, and even its own blend of coffee from Vitality roasting. The prices are also easily some of the best in the city for both the food and coffee drinks. The Boss Burrito I'm pretty sure I could eat every day for the rest of my life and never get sick of, and I think is probably my favorite breakfast burrito in the city. All of the espresso drinks (+ chai latte) are always on point, and Dusty is always lovely to chat with + has great music taste. It can be pretty busy on weekend mornings in particular, so it can be good to have a bit of patience as Dusty is a one-man operation (and does a great job at it!). There is also a nice patio out back that is perfect to relax in on sunny mornings. Also note that Dusty does allow one dog in at a time when ordering a coffee, which I appreciate as a dog owner who lives in the neighborhood!

Despite there being so many options for coffee in the area (and having my own modded out espresso machine) my partner and I find ourselves on many occasions making the drive out to Cosmic.
Dusty is always killing it behind the counter, I don’t know how he does it. The Star Crossed Latte made me realize I do like fruit flavors in my coffee drinks, and I can never resist a Sunny Sammy. It’s always fun to see which movie is on, or what new locally made products have made their way to the center table. Cosmic has a perfect welcoming atmosphere that really feels like you’re part of a community. Can’t wait to go back!

My coffee was literally 200 degrees and nearly burned me when it spilt thanks to Minnesota roads. Was literally too hot to hold even through the liner. the guy was rude when I asked about no egg in the breakfast options as well, or even any other slight changes. Just not a great experience and won’t be returning.
