We had our company Holiday party at Create Catering & The Dining Studio, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The service and the food were unmatched. My expectations were over exceeded, and me and the other staff could not be happier. Joan was a pleasure to work with, the kitchen staff was phenomenal, the pricing was very reasonable, and Audrey and Dillan were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for the evening. I'm now hoping that our company doesn't grow too much over the next year so that we're able to have this experience again. I'm so grateful to have found this place, it was a dream!

Thanksgiving to-go was perfect. Delicious turkey (smoked flavor, yet juicy and tender). Pick your own traditional, savory side dishes. Pie was beautiful. Portions were generous (it's Thanksgiving)!
Easy to pick up at a lovely space in NE Mpls, and easy oven directions to warm up when ready. Thoughtfully put together. For the price, it was a great deal. I never bother to review anything and I wanted to post this it was so good.

Hidden Gem. I was looking for an intimate location to host a surprise “beat cancer” celebration dinner party for my wife Amy and to accommodate 34 guests. I found Create Catering & The Dining Studio during a Google search for places in my area, which was three miles away. I really liked this space because of its industrial/warehouse look. I reached out to them, and Joan, the Event Sales Director, immediately responded. Joan explained how everything worked. Their website was easily to use. Joan was awesome helping me on the details, recommendations, and planning. I had flowers delivered and when I showed up earlier that day to drop off the balloons and place cards, Dylan, the Service Captain, greeted me and let me know everything was on track. When my wife and I arrived; the dining studio looked amazing and very charming. As Amy made her way around meeting and hugging everyone, Dylan immediately greeted me and let me know everything was going well and asked if I needed anything. He was really on point throughout the night making sure everything was going well and moving along according to the plan. As I was walking around many of our guests complimented to me on the awesome location, how great and professional the staff was, the service they were providing, and how delicious the appetizers, food and dessert was. For the beverage service, they served my beer selection and pop. I brought in my own wine and paid the corkage fee.

A few key testimonials - My 12-year-old nephew, who basically only eats cereal and chicken fingers, said the next day "The chicken he had last night was the best meal he ever had. Do you know what the sauce was?". My 12-year-old niece had the beef tenderloin. It was so good, she is now spoiled and that is what she expects when her family goes out for dinner.

What a joy! We used them for my birthday dinner. They were deightful and helpful with initial menu selection. The space itself was beautiful with art on the walls. Appetizers, salads, main courses and dessert were so good. Dylan attended us with charm and professional service. So accommodating. As a stand alone space we had to ourselves as opposed to being at a resturant or bar where you have people you dont know around. I cant wait until we can use them again.

Create catered our 150 person wedding reception at the Glass House in early September, and we could not recommend them more! Our guests raved about the food, and many said the food was the best wedding food they had ever had! Everyone with a food allergy was taken care of without us having to worry on the day of the wedding, and every single person got the food they ordered. And, the Create staff were absolutely amazing, even going so far as to let me know they had served dinner to make sure I ate food at the wedding!

I've worked with Create a few times now and they're always accommodating, clean, and exceed expectations. The staff and crew are always friendly too. I highly recommend!!

Create Catering provided an amazing culinary experience for my daughter’s wedding in May. We had 200 people at The Whim for an “international” themed food event with multiple food stations laid out throughout the venue. The team was incredible to work with from the start and came up with a creative menu and staging. The flavors were delightful, the food was prepared perfectly, and the displays were beautiful. Friends and family are still raving about it!

We chose Create for our wedding reception and it was a fantastic choice! We had 33 guests, and there was ample space, even though the day was rainy and everyone stayed inside for the reception. Joan coordinated our event beautifully, and made it possible for us to plan a wedding from out of state- not an easy task, but made significantly easier with her responsive communication and clear timeline. We enjoyed a thoughtfully-crafted tasting a few months before our event, and enjoyed everything they prepared for us! It was so hard to choose between all the delicious offerings. We received rave reviews from our guests on all the dishes, and the chefs accommodated all food sensitivities very generously. "Artful" is the word I would use to describe the event space and team. We had a wonderful event, and we are so grateful to the Create Team for their wonderful support and service from our first inquiry through the end of our wedding day.

Create was Amazing!! They catered our daughter’s wedding at the MIA in May and everyone raved about the food! The service and timing were impeccable - the bartenders were superb and accommodating - they folded napkins, and made the site gorgeous. Joan coordinated the entire thing and kept the bride and MOB totally on track and helped immeasurably, with recommendations of partners and items to enhance the experience. Create was The Best!

For the past three years, our company, ELEA HEALY Remodelists, has enlisted Create Catering to cater our annual client party. Create's attention to detail, fabulous customer service, and delicious offerings are top notch! We cannot rave enough about the staff who were present for our events each year. Create hosted our 35 person brunch wedding reception and even a year later, all we can say is "wow." Joan and Chef Philip helped us curate a delicious menu that fit our theme AND accommodated all dietary restrictions and allergies. We had a guest list of omnivores, vegetarians, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free individuals and no one left hungry. Chef Phil and his team provided us all with such delicious and thoughtful food. The space was perfect for our intimate guest list and thankfully the weather held up for us to use their gorgeous patio for photos and our first dance as well! We still dream of the mushroom risotto cakes and can not recommend this space or this team enough!

The staff, food and experience at Create Catering and the Dining Studio is a perfect 10! From the very first meeting to the end of the party absolutely everything is flawless. The staff is beyond wonderful and extremely attentive. The food is exceptional and the overall experience is truly everything we hoped for. We will keep coming back because it is flawless planning and execution every single time.

We had the most wonderful food at our University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine event. The event was catered by Create at the Minnesota Orchestra Hall. We had some many rave reviews from all of our guests on how good the food was. Literally all the food was gone. Just the yummy crumbs from after the fact. The staff was so wonderful to work with. I've worked with Create many times and they outdo themselves every year. We will definitely be using them again in the future without any hesitation! Thanks for a great event, Create Catering!
