Had a green smoothie, the service, atmosphere and pricing were all excellent. The company i was with was cold and belligerent. I would recommend this establishment 100 percent, just be sure you're with the right company.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members—a young woman with a nose ring—was quite unfriendly throughout the process. She kept giving me unpleasant looks while preparing my order, and after finishing my bowl, she slammed the mixing bowl down onto the floor. To make matters worse, the food itself wasn’t good. The black rice was barely edible. I wouldn’t recommend this place—best to avoid it if you can.

The past two times I've been here the customer service was bad, I was ignored by two workers who were talking to each other instead of assisting customers, they left the only girl working to finish up the customer before me and then help me, which I thought was rude. The nice hardworking one was the girl with glasses and black hair, I usually get her when I come. Maybe everyone has assigned stations? I would easily ignore the lack of customer service and efficiency if the food still held up but the quality here has also declined. Today the kale was really hard, I had a stalk of lettuce in my no prob cobb which I don't even think comes with lettuce and I don't know why it doesn't taste the same but it got bad enough I tried sweetgreen but hated it and ended up back here again and this is the experience. Exceptional.
They don't take cash, and they didn't have a lot of veggie options.

I ordered a salad and drink for delivery and never received the drink. I called the store and they confirmed they still had the drink there. When I asked for a refund for the drink I paid for but never received I was told to email an email address which I did. Over a week and another follow up email later, I still have not received a response. So if you order something for delivery from here be aware that if you get the wrong order or don’t receive your full order that they will not refund your money for items you did not receive. Edit—I have filled out the contact form on the website that you are suggesting. I have not heard anything since filling it out
