“Cozy and quaint in a lovely neighborhood. Nice interiors and outdoor seating options. Probably the best blueberry scone I’ve ever had. Matcha option for sweetened or non sweetened. Coffees, ice teas, chai so a good amount of non coffee choices as well. Service was great and efficient.“

Perhaps what I was feeling was the beautiful sunny Sunday morning that greeted everybody in a nice way, or maybe it was just the thought of everyone with similar values enjoying a meal together in the same place. Either way, I had a delightful and slow-paced Sunday morning breakfast at Seward Café. With 27 menu items that are either vegan or can be made vegan upon request (all clearly labeled), you won’t have a hard time finding something enjoyable to eat like I did. “I've only ever had the macarons here and I've gotten the variety pack of 10 each time. They are AMAZING!! Flaky, a light crisp, lots of flavor. Delicious!!!! My only critique is that I wish (!!) that you knew the flavor you're eating. Just a little flavor card or on the bottom of the box or something....some of them you can tell right off what the flavor is and then some of them you can't quite discern. I keep coming back to the macarons, but I do have my eye on a few other things that I will try as well!“

“Wuollet Bakery has been a go-to for festivities in various families I have know for decades. This December’s birthday treats were no exception.

I showed up for a chocolate with chocolate butter cream frosted cake and left with not only that but some smaller additional sweets of varying flavors as one does.

The folks helping me out were very accommodating and helped me pick out the right flavor combo for my partner KT as she has some opinions on what she wanted =)“

“Such amazing cakes and amazing, above and beyond customer service! We had our Nothing Bundt Cake chilling on a table in our back porch on Christmas Eve day. A neighbors dog got loose and came over and ate part of it! All the other NBC stores were closed. I called here right before closing and she was so accommodating and kind to me about the situation. She had a Cake waiting for us at a discount even! So nice! Saved the Christmas dessert:)“

“Ice creams... what makes it different from similar ones is that one can choose the extra ingredients and they mix and integrate them as part of the ice cream, that is, it does not remain as a topping or topping.

For me, if they were a little less sweet they would be excellent and if there was a smaller size option it would be great.

“I liked that there were lots of donut options and they are made fresh. I got the maple bacon. the icing and bacon were great combo. however the donut pastry itself was not my favorite I’ve had, it was a bit too dense for the type of donut. Staff was fantastic, went above and beyond.“
