The best Indian food I’ve found in mpls! Highly recommend!

Tasted like someone watched an episode on India from National Geographic and opened a restaurant. 😭 was very disappointed as a South Indian

Do not come here if you want to split the check. Came here with a group of 13 for my birthday. When one of my guests gave them their card to pay they charged the whole $300 bill to that one person without telling them. They did reimburse my friend, but then informed us they could not split checks or separate checks to tell us individual totals.

Also served many of my guests the wrong dish because they didn’t keep track of where guests sat when ordering.

We had to come try this place. It was recommended several times so we did. Boy we did not regret it. We had lamb samosa, samosa chaat and mushroom dush with beef. It was so good 😋 also the mango lassi and the chaii were amazing

Great food and very kind staff, I spilled my entire mango lassi on my lap on accident and they were very kind and helped clean the mess and brought me a new mango lassi for free. The food was hot, seasoned and delicious and busy with people. So I would recommend eating here and I would not recommend spilling all your mango lassi on your lap. We ordered the veggie samosas, honey chili potato’s, dal soup, Saam with naan, and chicken tikki masala with naan and basmati rice, and there was not a single thing that was not delicious will be my new go to Indian restaurant.

Do yourself a favor and EAT HERE. The food is some of the best I've ever had. And the mango ice cream... lord, I'm still dreaming about it.

I’m so sad I wanted to love this place so badly! I am a Malabar fanatic and it just fell so flat to me. My Malabar was just really bland. Like no flavor at all. My partner and I both agreed our dishes were not as flavorful as other Indian joints we frequent. He ordered the Josh. I’d also say definitely order a level or two up on the spice level than you normally would at other Indian restaurants.
Garlic naan wasn’t garlicky- oh well, still good naan.
We ordered the Gobi Manchurian appetizer and it was FIRE 9.5/10. The sauce is so divine. Would give 10/10 if cauliflower had more of a crunch to it!
Service was slower than anticipated but that’s ok! Meals cost less than other Indian restaurants we frequent.
Probably won’t return as I am a DG regular, but super cute and cozy spot for some comforting Indian cuisine. Again, that Gobi Manchurian was FABULOUS.

Best Indian food I’ve eaten since visiting India. Delicious, unusual appetizers. Owners are lovely.

The food wasn't as flavourful as I thought it would be given the stars.

Then towards the end of dinner, staff seemed to care more about getting us out of there rather than asking how was the food.

Mango Lassi was good - but food needs flavor.

Probably wouldn't go back.

This place has some of the best lentil soup I've ever had. All of the food I've had from here has been so flavorful and delicious! I highly recommend!
