honestly, this place is pretty good when they din’t mess up my order. i like it. but they have messed up my order quite a bit. i ordered a mac & cheese calzone with no bacon, but it still had bacon. this has happened before. i acknowledge the staff mostly consists of tired college students so i understand, but please, try to do better. I’m paying for this calzone that i can’t eat because it has bacon.

I have never been treated so disrespectful. I accidentally left my jacket and when I went back I was accused of leaving garbage on the table when I didn't even sit down. After I left the building, I called back to talk to the manager and owner and they hung up on me twice after calling. I tried to explain it wasn't me and was gaslighted into saying it was me LMAO. Was then hung up on again. The owner is absolutely terrible and so disrespectful. My friend called to get more insight on why I was accused and was then sarcastically firing the worker that accused me. This is actually so terrible. Service is so bad I waited so long for my order just for them to accuse me.

Need to fix the confusing online ordering system. I asked for a side of marinara, and then it automatically selected that I wanted an extra marinara on top of that for a charge so I declined the extra one. Then it show up on the receipt as “1 Marinara, NO marinara” so whoever made my food gave me no marinara.
