Nice intimate venue with good food and drinks to boot!
Loved the old location. This was my first to Nicollet Mall...Layout makes it difficult to see the stage...perhaps they could install step up levels. Too many people were talking thru the whole concert...please ask to turn off cell phones AND refrain from loud talking. GREAT show...Why did Spyro Gyro cut off the concert early??? Usually they go a few minutes over!!

An intimate venue with great sound to see live music. They have excellent food also so don't be afraid to bring your appetite.
Always terrific with acts you won't find elsewhere. An intimate venue for a more personalized concert experience.
Good place to see some live music. We didnât eat, so this review doesnât pertain to the quality of the food. The drink service was friendly and attentive.
We visited Dakota last month to see Matt Andersen and Julian Taylor perform, and it was a fun experience! The music was fantasticâMatt Andersenâs soulful blues-rock and Julian Taylorâs folk-soul blend created a great vibe, with both artists delivering captivating performances.
Great venue. Atmosphere, service and food/drink are all top notch.

Bilal was amazing. My first time being there; loved the atmosphere; and great food.
I love Dakota, comfy seating in the booths! Server was nice!
Nice intimate venue, food and drinks were amazing and LiV Warfield and guests made a stellar performance!
I only go a few times a year but love this place for both music & great food. Best place in town to see your favorite artist up close in a comfortable setting. Saw an amazing Graham Nash show about a year ago & John Hiatt last night. Superb setting. The crowd is passionate music fans but respectful of each other and the artist too. Highly rec! We're food & wine fans too and the food and service are top tier in Minneapolis.
