LOVE this place! Visiting from the east coast and decided to check out this club since it was where Prince has played and frequented. The absolutely terrific saxophonist, Kenni Holmen, who also played and toured with Prince gave an AMAZING concert! What an extraordinary musician! The vibe in this club is so cool and chill and the food was delicious. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our last evening in Minneapolis! Highly recommend!
Had an underwhelming experience. The venue seems too large for a jazz club to me. I was expecting to feel the music not watch it on a screen because I was so far from the stage. My food wasn't great either, the roe was overpowering in the deviled eggs and my grits were undercooked in my shrimp and grits.
