Great food in a calming setting. I’ve been for dinner a few times and plan to go back.

I love Darling. The Heirloom BLT is so good. The ambiance is cozy and bright. Lovely staff too! Really glad to have this beautiful space in the neighborhood.

I did not have any of the food bc I found it to be a bit pricey for me as I am from a small town with small town prices.

I also thought the menu was too bougie for me, as well. I did get a short of Maker's Mark🥃 and that was good, can't go wrong with that choice!

As far as the staff goes, our waitress was very kind and greeted us with a smile. I felt very comfortable around her and made me feel seen.

The place is very nice and modern, but we also went at night, so the ambiance was much better, but still a very great place to eat at.

Their bakery looked phenomenal! I wanted to get some fresh bread and a cookie. I gave food 2 stars just for that bc it looked that good but did not get to taste it.

They close at 9pm on Friday night too. But we're able to seat a group of 5 relatively very easily, they made it work.

It's an all-around charming place for breakfast. They seemed a little short-staffed, but our server was good. My friend had the corned beef hash, and I had the falafel. The falafel was delicious, with a tzatziki that was really great. I got the fries on the side, which were crisp and tasty. Happily, they had decaf already brewed. Outdoor seating would have been perfect except for some friendly wasps. We opted for an indoor table. Would love to come back here for dinner sometime.

Went for the Dutch Baby, stayed for the omelette! A nice place to linger and enjoy conversation while you eat.

I've been twice recently. The sea salt caramel latte is fantastic, not overly sweet with smooth espresso. The turkey tango sandwich is delicious and the fries are crispy and hot. Will definitely be back!

We’ve eaten here several times since they’ve taken over from Birchwood and have been consistently impressed by the quality of the food — especially all of the vegetarian dishes. A warm ambience, friendly service, and beautiful patio makes this an exceptional experience. Yes, it’s still a gem in Seward.

Went there because we heard this was owned by Prince's own chef. It didn't disappoint.

We were,so pleased to find a new restaurant occupying the space of one of our Minneapolis favourites, the Birchwood. Darling has much of the same ambience with the indoor and outdoor seating and relaxed feel. Food is,a little different, maybe less 'rustic. But very delicious, with good coffee. Friendly and efficient service.
