We loved Birchwood and decided to try this place due to hearing that they make the same waffles as Birchwood. We went there on a Sunday around 11am and the place was not too busy - half full. They took our order right away. I liked seeing that they had some great beverages in their refrigerated section health wise, such as organic milk and 'healthy canned drinks' for kids. This rainy Wednesday was slow at Darling, but I predict it won't stay slow for long. Our food was superb. We shared a side of the amazing, perfectly roasted cauliflower (had the piri piri mayo on the side as it is spicy). My date had a cheeseburger and fries and I had the beef short ribs with breakfast potatoes (because I can't handle milk and there is a little bit in the polenta). Tasty key lime pie. Tried Darling for the first time today and ordered some breakfast Burritos for pick-up. Burritos were delicious, and we're excited to come back and dine-in sometime in the future!
