Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies

I’d like to give a shout out to Davanni’s. I made an online order getting a roast beef sandwich and when I got home and took a bite I realized there was no roast beef! I was perturbed and I immediately thought to blame the store. I called and was told that I accidentally selected no roast beef on my sandwich. I was wrong, and I still received excellent service. And even though I was wrong, I was even compensated for my mistake. Thank you Davanni’s!

Fantastic food. But staff a bit inattentive one of the two times I went in one month's time. I was waiting for a to go order & the kid (I say that cuz he was very young) missed my order had been sitting under heat lamp for over 10 minutes when I waa actually there. He looked at me so I figured he knew who I was, but sadly he didn't bother to ask me so I inquired. And there my order was sitting. Ugh

I had a few issues with my delivery which turned out to be mostly user error, but the manager in charge took great care of me. I will be loyal to this location for life!!

We have eaten several times at this Davanni's and have always had great food and service. My husband and I have started to eat vegan and they are able to accommodate our needs so well. We have tried all of the different crusts with veggie toppings and have never been disappointed. Today for lunch, we did not specifically mention vegan but said we were eating a specific diet. The cook/chef caught that we were not eating dairy by our order and sent a staff person out to our table to double check we did not want butter on the crust. Now that is service!!

This location has incredible customer service! I had an issue with my Door Dash order and Jake called me and kept me in the loop about everything that was going on. He went above and beyond. The food is also delicious!

They have a bar and some fancy seating as well as patio seating.
Pizza was excellent, they are very clean and organized.

I like their pene pasta with meatballs along... With a side Caesar salad... a drink, and maybe a fabulous brownie... There is also construction and they are working on a new Vernon avenue bridge over the railroad. That was something to watch I guess while I ate.

I ordered Davanni’s on DoorDash and the quality of the pizza was less than satisfactory. I’ve been going to various Davanni’s locations, including this one, many times in the past. However, this time the pizza tasted and looked like it had been made the day prior and reheated. The timeliness was fine, so the quality of this pizza was confusing, especially since it was ordered during an off time (1:30pm on the weekend).

UPDATE: Emailed “[email protected]” and never heard back. Great customer service.
