just live in a university dorm. washers constantly broke, been dealing with construction noises all year long, access cards arent set up for me to access gym and other advertised amenities, can hear smoke alarms from the atrium in apartment unit, unit had scrape marks & damaged furniture upon moving in. heating is terrible.
2 of the 3 entrances do not work, forced to enter through the back exit of canes.

If you were planning on staying at the Dinky Dome apartments don't expect your clothes to be washed. I have been staying in Dinky Dome for the past 8 months and out of the shared 2 washers and 2 dryers (shared for a total of at least 50 people) 1 of each has been broken since I moved in. Then after all 4 washers and dryers broke the management waited almost 2 weeks to give us any compensation, which the compensation is not satisfactory. No work seems to be done by any of the management even after you request work to be done multiple times.
