I didn't care for a cold sandwich which to me that's gross for a real gyros sandwich. I didn't see a spit or them cutting the meat. Tasted disgusting. Won't ever darken this doorstep, those of you that like the subway style this is for you.

I wanted like this place. This location is very clearly biased to Black women. I have literally watched them make food for white people in line ahead of me, then make the same thing for me with less than half the amount of ingredients they gave to the white folks. It happened again today and when I raised the issue in the moment, the manager decided to gaslight me and tell me what I just experienced didn't happen. I shouldn't have to demand that I get food prepared with the same portion size as white patrons. Do better.

Seems like some people have had mixed experiences… My meal today was great-
I was greeted soon as I walked in, Alysia was working and was on her game💯 suggested some additions to my meal, whipped it up quick, and had me on my way! The place was clean and staff was friendly. But definitely a big shoutout to Alysia, amazing hospitality!

My first time eating Dino's Gyros was at the Minnesota State Fair, and it was fantastic! That was many years ago. After that, I would go to the Dino's Gyros location down the road in Falcon Heights. Now I live near the Edina location and I really like it because you can tell the staff exactly which ingredients you want on your meal. I usually get a salad with chicken gyro meat, and they will mix the ingredients with the sauce for me. Love it!❤️

I had placed an order through Grubhub. The order was cancelled. Apparently they had given my order to someone else.
Shout out to the dude working lunch rush he made the best gyro I’ve ever had, I would’ve paid $5,000 for it. It was that good.
I will never eat here again and strongly advise everyone to stay away.

I placed an order totaling over $95 and what we received was honestly shocking. Each plate we ordered was supposed to include multiple proteins – such as gyros and chicken – but on every single one, one protein was missing. Not once, not twice – every plate was incomplete. For the price we paid, this is just plain outrageous.
We immediately tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, and the experience got even worse. The manager hung up on us mid-conversation – no explanation, no attempt to make it right. After that, they refused to answer our calls altogether.
Eventually, we got through and spoke to someone who identified herself as the owner. Unfortunately, that conversation was no better. There was zero apology, no sense of responsibility, and she kept insisting the orders were “correct” – even though one look at the plates clearly showed they weren’t. Her attitude was dismissive and borderline rude. She didn’t even pretend to care about fixing the issue.
We’ve ordered from this place in the past, but after this experience, we’re done.
We won’t be coming back, and we strongly suggest others avoid this restaurant too.
Spending that kind of money and getting such poor service – both in terms of food and customer care – is unacceptable. If this is how they handle problems, they shouldn’t be surprised when customers stop returning.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent UberEats order from your location. The portion sizes were shockingly small — barely enough for even two bites. This alone was frustrating, but the situation became much worse when I called to address the issue.
The manager I spoke with was incredibly rude, showed no willingness to help, and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back, he refused to answer. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position.
I also spoke with the owner, hoping for a better resolution, but unfortunately, she did not handle the situation well either. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right.
This experience was beyond disappointing — it was disrespectful and reflects poorly on your business. I expect better and urge you to review how customer concerns are being handled at this location
