I absolutely adore this spot! My girlfriend and I frequently visit to study and work on assignments. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the selection of organic and vegan food options is impressive. Both the interior and exterior environments of the café are delightful. The only drawback is securing a seat during the weekends—it can get quite crowded, but that’s probably a testament to its popularity. Dogwood has won my heart, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a chat with friends, focus on schoolwork, or simply unwind and be at ease while enjoying a delicious beverage. Plus, they have a ping-pong table, which is a cool addition.

What a gem! Huge coffee and drink menu with lots of seasonal and local specialties, food on weekdays and bakery goods every day - including gluten free options!! They also have alternate milks at NO UPCHARGE! I had a delicious seasonal earl grey latte and one of the gluten free donuts. The person who took my order at the counter was very knowledgeable and patient as I struggled through giving the order for multiple people, and she even let me know which drinks would be ready before others. There’s a lot of varied seating inside, tables of 4, booths of 2 with ambient lighting, as well as a few huddles of couches and chairs scattered throughout. I was on a couch myself and it was surprisingly supportive and comfortable. There’s outlets everywhere and free WiFi, so would be perfect for working on a laptop. There’s also an outdoor patio for warm weather and a spacious parking lot with free parking. There’s both steps and a ramp to get in and there’s some counter top seating both for high top and wheelchair level seating. Plus there’s a separate room with a glass window where you can play or watch someone play table tennis/ping pong.It was packed when we went with some kind of group there as well as a bunch of individuals and smaller groups. We were able to find seating but I’m glad we got there when we did (10a on a Saturday).I picked up a drink punchcard as I plan to be back! This may be my new favorite local place!!Caveat: I would not recommend it for anyone with auditory or visual sensory sensitivities as it’s one large open space with plenty of noise and people moving about.Vegetarian options: Small menu but clearly labeled vegetarian options and even vegan options with the alternate milks.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free baked goods items available as well as alternate milks at no up charge! (I’ve never been somewhere with 0 extra cost for alt milks.) They had almond, oat, and soy milk options. Vegetarian options though a small food menu. Ingredients are labeled and alternate ingredients are available on some drinks.Parking: Huge parking lot just for Dogwood. Handicapped spots as well as room for buses.Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of kids there while we were there, they didn’t have games or books or such for kids but there was a lot of comfy seating options and spacious couch/table/chair areas and I saw some kids sitting on the floor in those areas. The atmosphere was busy but with the large open space inside I wasn’t bothered by any extra noise from the groups with kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, ramp to enter building (small lip at the door), wheelchair counter seating (though in a bit of a busy area), lots of room to move inside in a wheelchair without feeling like you’re going to block the way or run into something.

Great spot to get work done, or take a break and play ping pong. Great coffee, too.

I love Dogwood's coffee, but I am very disappointed in their service. To summarize, I had 20 minutes to run in, grab some beans and an espresso. I did not receive my drink within 20 minutes and had to leave without my drink. I reached out to dogwood through their email explaining my situation and got no response.Details: I had about 20 minutes to kill and figured I had time to run in, get some beans, an espresso, and be on my way. I walked in, grabbed my beans and was third in line. I figured 20 minutes is plenty of time to get my espresso. The cashier was chatting with the current customer and it took about 5 minutes for that one customer to get their order placed. Cashiers were changed, and the customer in front of me and myself got our orders placed in a minute or two. Just under 15 minutes should be plenty of time to get my espresso right? Apparently not. Turns out a group ordered before I arrived so there were several drinks that had to be made first. Normally, this is fine and I have no issue. However, in the roughly 15 minutes I had left, a total of 3 drinks were served, not counting the one hot chocolate that went to the customer who took 5+ minutes to order. I try to be understanding of an order queue, but 15 minutes for 3 drinks is not acceptable. The main barista making beverages seemed more interested in watching customers than making drinks. There was a noticeable line of already poured shots waiting to be made into drinks. I decided to leave without my espresso since I did not want to be late to my event.I reached out to Dogwood to explain my situation to see if they could help. I never received a response from Dogwood. I was very disappointed in Dogwoods customer service. I believed they would remedy the situation, but I never received any acknowledgement or anything. They make great coffee, but I cannot stand behind their service.

Love the vibes. There are tons of seating options, so it's a great place to work or hangout. The match here was pretty good, but it leaned more towards the milk heavy side.

Nice place. But it smells like a locker room or worse. Maybe a combo of mildew from within the building and really bad B.O.

Not inclusive, weird and sterile vibes. Using the name "Lakota herbal tea"in such a white and gentrified space feels weird and off putting.

Great espresso and Rishi tea choices. A few fresh bakery items. Didn't try the coffee. Definitely a great place work. Plenty of outlets and the background music was a good fit and not loud enough to disturb conversation or work.

Nice location, but I didn't even get to drink the coffee I ordered. After waiting 15 minutes for the barisitas, neither of whom acknowledged me waiting, I decided to leave. I may have waited a bit longer, but the entire building smelled like body odor. I've had coffee from the St. Paul location and it is good coffee which is why I'm giving 1 star.
